Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de filtration, en particulier la conception d'éléments filtrants de filtres céramiques à disques. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production associés. Pour augmenter l'efficacité du dispositif, la structure de filtration de l'élément filtrant céramique est constituée de particules sphériques d'électrocorindon, le rapport de leurs dimensions changeant en direction de la sortie de filtrat. Des éléments intérieurs sont disposés en rangées parallèles, dans deux directions perpendiculaires, chaque élément étant constitué de deux cônes tronqués, solidaires de la structure de filtration par la base et reliés entre eux par les surfaces de leur coupe transversale. Le procédé de production d'élément filtrant céramique selon l'invention consiste à introduire un électrocorindon M40, une bentonite et une pâte sulfate-alcool sous forme de liant technologique dans un mélange plastique, pendant la préparation de ce mélange. Pendant la formation, deux composants d'un support poreux sont pressés pour obtenir une représentation miroir, et frittés à la température de fusion de la bentonite. Avant l'assemblage, les plans de montage des composants résultants sont traités et des éléments collants sont disposés sur lesdits plans.
