Abstract

La présente invention concerne un microréseau comprenant des sondes pour génotyper des espèces de mycobactéries, pour différencier des souches de bacille de Koch et pour détecter des souches résistantes aux antibiotiques, immobilisées sur un support, un procédé pour génotyper des espèces de mycobactéries, pour différencier des souches de bacille de Koch et pour détecter des souches résistantes aux antibiotiques en mettant en oeuvre ledit microréseau, ainsi qu'une trousse de diagnostic pour des infections à mycobactéries induisant un tuberculose et n'induisant pas une tuberculose, qui met en oeuvre le microréseau. Ce microréseau comprend des sondes pour génotyper des espèces de mycobactéries, des sondes pour différencier des souches de bacille de Koch et des sondes pour détecter des souches résistantes aux antibiotiques. Lorsqu'une pluralité de ces ensembles de sondes sont immobilisés sur un seul support, on peut réaliser simultanément, en un seul test, un test pour génotyper des mycobactéries, un test pour différencier des souches de bacille de Koch et un test pour détecter une résistance aux antibiotiques, sur plusieurs isolats cliniques, réduisant ainsi la perte de temps et les coûts. Des isolats cliniques et des cultures de souches peuvent être appliqués directement sur le microréseau, réduisant encore le temps nécessaire à un diagnostic. De plus, les résultats des tests selon cette invention sont précis.
