- 하기 각 프라이머쌍을 유효성분으로 포함하며, 결핵균군(Mycobacterium Tuberculosis complex)의 경우, 136-bp의 DNA 분절, 비결핵 항산성균(Mycobacteria other than Tubercle bacilli)의 경우, 204-bp의 DNA 분절이 증폭됨을 확인함으로써, 결핵균군과 비결핵 항산성균을 감별-탐지하기 위한 진단시약:
- 하기 각 프라이머쌍을 유효성분으로 포함하며, 결핵균군(Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex)의 경우, 235-bp의 DNA 분절, 비결핵 항산성균(Mycobacteria other than Tubercle bacilli)의 경우, 136-bp의 DNA 분절이 증폭됨을 확인함으로써 결핵균군과 비결핵 항산성균을 감별-탐지하기 위한 진단시약:
- 하기와 같은 염기 서열을 가지는 프라이머쌍을 유효성분으로 포함하며, 환자의 객담, 혈액, 뇌척수액 등의 검체에 포함된 미생물의 게놈 DNA를 주형으로 하여, 이중중합효소 연쇄반응(duplex polymerase chain reaction)을 수행함으로써, 생성된 각 PCR 산물의 크기를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 결핵균군과 비결핵 항산성균의 감별-탐지방법으로서 결핵 및 MOTT 감염 여부를 감별-탐지하기 위한 진단 시약.① 결핵균군 rpoB DNA 증폭용 프라이머 쌍(TM5-TRM3):TM5(정방향): 5´-GGAGCGGATGACCACCCAGGACGTG-3´TRM3(역방향): 5´-CAGCGGGTTGTTCTGGTCCATGAAT-3´② MOTT rpoB DNA 증폭용 프라이머 쌍(M1-RM3):M1(정방향): 5´-CGCACCGTGGGTGAGCTGATCCAG-3´RM3(역방향): 5´-CAGCGGGTTGTTCTGGTCCATGAAC-3´
