  • Spiral-wound membranes are known to be very susceptible to fouling due to particles, but also due to the growth of biomass, in which case one speaks of biofouling.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'épuration d'eaux superficielles ou d'effluents provenant de l'épuration des eaux d'égouts. Selon l'invention, les substances flottantes, les particules solides, les bactéries, les virus et les substances dissoutes telles que le sel, les substances organiques dissoutes, les pesticides etc., sont éliminés simultanément. Pour ce faire, on fait intervenir au moins un tuyau sous pression (2) monté verticalement et doté d'une membrane (3) de nanofiltration ou d'hyperfiltration en spirale. Le flux de refoulement vers la membrane est parallèle. Le procédé de l'invention comprend les opérations suivantes :1) production de perméat et décharge simultanée et continue de concentré, et, (2) flux dans la membrane sans production simultanée de perméat. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de réalisation de ce procédé.
