Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire industriellement, rapidement et à haut rendement un dérivé d'acétamide pyrimidone ayant un effet inhibiteur de chymase, par exemple, 2-(5-formylamino-6-oxo-2-phényle-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-1-yl)-N-{[3,4-dioxo-1-phényle-7-(2-pyridyloxy)]-2-heptyle}acétamide. Le produit pouvant être obtenu sous la forme de cristaux selon le procédé précité, on peut donc réaliser aisément des opérations telles que la filtration. Il devient alors inutile d'utiliser la chromatographie sur gel de silice au niveau de l'isolation/de la purification du produit. Il devient également inutile d'utiliser du chlorure de méthylène. On peut donc établir un procédé de production respectueux de l'environnement.
