  • the anti-shop-lifting device prevents unauthorized uncorking of a bottle in a shop and activates an alarm by means of the alarm element in space 32 if a bottle having the anti-shop-lifting device applied to it is carried out from the region protected by means of the alarm system, e.g. if a person with the protected bottle passes sensing means at the exit of a self-service shop.
  • Authorized removal of the anti-shop-lifting device can take place only by using a special tool which is used by the counter attendant in the self-service shop.
  • Such a tool can be constructed as described in EP-Bl-0 688 390 and can consist of a ring which has an inner diameter sufficiently large in order that the ring can be passed over the outer socket 15 but forms a shoulder portion to engage the end wall 19 so that the ring can be placed on socket 18.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif empêchant le vol à l'étalage de bouteilles. Ce dispositif qui est destiné à être verrouillé sur un goulot présentant un bourrelet circonférentiel externe, comprend une douille interne (10) à enfiler sur le goulot de bouteille, et une douille externe (18) à monter à l'extérieur sur la douille interne et à déplacer axialement par rapport à cette dernière. Des dispositifs de retenue (21) sont distribués sur la circonférence de la surface interne de la douille externe et s'étendent en s'introduisant dans la douille interne par des ouvertures (13) pratiquées dans sa paroi puis s'aggripent derrière le bourrelet. Les dispositifs de retenue sont sensiblement rigides mais également flexibles pour céder et, par engagement avec le bourrelet lors du déplacemenet du dispositif sur le goulot, prendre une position derrière le bourrelet. Un moyen de verrouillage (29) dans une position de verrouillage verrouille la douille interne à l'encontre de tout déplacement par rapport à la douille externe dans une position dans laquelle la douille interne forme une butée pour les dispositifs de retenue empêchant ainsi qu'ils ne fléchissent et quittent la position derrière le bourrelet. Il est ainsi impossible de retirer du goulot le dispositif empêchant le vol à l'étalage.
