Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren für de n Nachweis lebender Mikroorganismen, eukaryotischen Zellen oder Organellen in einem Probenvolumen. Die Erfindung ist insbesondere für den Nachweis lebender Zellen der Gattung Salmonella geeignet. Mit der Erfindung soll eine Nachweismöglichkeit für lebende Mikroorganismen, eukaryotische Zellen oder Organellen geschaffen werden, bei der der Zeit- und Kostenaufwand, bei gleichzeitig guter Nachweisgenauigkeit verringert werden kann. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe werden magnetisierbare Partikel verwendet, an deren Oberfläche für mindestens Mikroorganismus, eukaryotische Zellen oder Organellen spezifische Bindungsmoleküle gebunden sind. Die magnetisierbaren Partikel werden in das Probenvolumen zu einer lokalen Konzentration mit Hilfe eines Permanent- oder Elektromagneten gegeben und für den Nachweis mindestens ein Sensor zur Bestimmung von sich stoffwechselabhängig veranderbaren Stoffkonzentrationen oder der Bildung von Stoffwechselprodukten in den Mikroorganismen, eukaryotischen Zellen oder Organellen verwendet.
