Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de papier brut cannelé, qui permet d'éviter les fissures, coupures ou ruptures, dans les applications de carton ondulé, en cours d'ondulation sur rouleau d'onduleur, qui permet aussi d'éviter l'usure du rouleau d'onduleur, et qui permet enfin de réduire la consommation en puissance d'alimentation et le bruit correspondant. Le procédé assure le revêtement uniforme et efficace du papier considéré avec de la cire et n'encrasse pas les installations (par exemple, machine à papier). L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de papier brut cannelé pour carton ondulé, revêtu de cire par une machine à papier équipée d'une pluralité de sécheurs, qui consiste à pulvériser, en (S), à la surface d'un sécheur (C8), une dispersion à base de cire, à transformer la cire en huile à la surface du sécheur chauffé (C8), et à comprimer la surface du sécheur (C8) contre le papier brut cannelé (100) pour transférer la cire ainsi transformée en huile, depuis la surface du sécheur (C8) vers le papier brut cannelé (100).
