Description

CONDITIONNEMENT DU TYPE ENVELOPPE OU COLIS PERMETTANT SON EXPEDITION POSTALE
La présente invention concerne un conditionnement du type enveloppe ou colis postal destiné à l'expédition d'un objet.
Ces conditionnements connus sont généralement constitués, de manière traditionnelle, s 'agissant d'une enveloppe, par deux faces en papier comportant des rabats collés pour constituer une poche et un rabat à coller après insertion d'une correspondance ou encore d'un objet plat. S' agissant de l'expédition d'un objet, on trouve dans le commerce ou dans les bureaux de poste, des boîtes, généralement en carton, de formes parallélépipédiques, dans lesquelles est inséré l'objet en vue de son expédition. Dans tous les cas, ce type de conditionnement, s'il présente toutes les qualités requises pour l'expédition d'une correspondance ou d'un objet, en revanche, il ne présente pas un caractère festif, voire ludique, lorsqu'ils doivent acheminer un objet devant constituer un cadeau, par exemple, ou encore une marque d'attention.
La présente invention a pour but d'atteindre cet objectif et concerne à cet effet, un conditionnement du type enveloppe ou colis postal destiné à l'expédition d'un objet, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte d'une part au moins une face transparente rendant visible au moins une partie de l'objet contenu et d'autre part au moins une face parallèle à la première constituant un support d'écriture, lesdites faces définissant entre elles un volume clos . De cette manière, dans le cas ou l'objet serait préconditionné, l'acheteur aurait le plaisir de voir l'objet qu'il souhaite offrir et expédier, bien que déjà emballé et donc protégé et le receveur aurait le plaisir de voir le contenu de son colis dès réception créant un effet de surprise inhabituel .
Un tel type de conditionnement pourrait être par exemple utilisé pour l'expédition d'un cadeau en toute circonstance événementielle, tel que nouvel an, fête des mères, noël, anniversaire etc..
En fait, un tel cadeau se présenterait sous la forme d'une carte postale plus ou moins grande dont l'une des faces constituant le support d'écriture servirait à la correspondance et l'autre, transparente, constituerait l'illustration, obtenue par l'aspect de l'objet même contenu dans le conditionnement .
La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment 1 ' invention peut être réalisée en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective de dessus du conditionnement selon l'invention lorsqu'il est fermé.
La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de dessous du conditionnement selon l'invention lorsqu'il est fermé.
La figure 3 est une vue en coupe à échelle agrandie selon la ligne III, III de la figure 2. La figure 4 est une vue latérale du conditionnement selon l'invention lorsqu'il est ouvert .
La figure 5 est une vue d'un cache rapporté sur l'objet pour masquer partiellement celui-ci.
Le conditionnement 1 globalement désigné sur les figures est du type enveloppe postale destinée à l'expédition d'un objet 2.
Selon l'invention, il comporte d'une part au moins une face transparente 3 rendant visible au moins une partie de l'objet 2 contenu et d'autre part au moins une face 4 parallèle à la première 3 constituant un support d'écriture.
Lesdites faces 3 et 4 définissent entre elles un volume clos.
Comme le montre particulièrement bien la figure 2, le support d'écriture 4 se décompose en une première zone 4A destinée à l'adresse du destinataire et à l'affranchissement et une seconde zone 4B libre destinée à la correspondance ou à tout autre type de communication.
Il pourra s'agir de communication concernant un salon, une invitation.
Il pourra également s'agir de logos, de dessins, de schémas, de reproductions de photo numérique, de dessins illustrant l'objet contenu etc..
Avantageusement le conditionnement 1 est préaffranchi par apposition d'un timbre 4C dans la zone 4B destinée à l'adresse du destinataire et à 1 ' affranchissement .
Selon une possibilité, les deux faces 3 et 4 du conditionnement 1 sont réalisées en matière plastique, l'une étant transparente et l'autre opaque pour constituer le support d'écriture. Dans ce cas, l'écriture sera effectuée avec un feutre spécial apte à écrire sur une matière plastique.
Selon l'exemple de réalisation représentée sur les figures, les deux faces 3 et 4 du conditionnement sont réalisées l'une et l'autre en matière plastique transparente, l'une d'elles 4 recevant à l'extérieur un support d'écriture 5 en papier, en carton ou de toute autre matière. Préférentiellement , le conditionnement 1 est constitué de deux parties 6 et 7 en matière plastique, l'une 6 formant réceptacle destiné à recevoir l'objet 2 et portant le support d'écriture
5 et l'autre 7 formant un couvercle dont au moins la face 4 est transparente de manière à rendre visible l'objet.
Préférentiellement , le couvercle transparent 7 est associé au réceptacle 6 par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière film 8 réalisée sur un côté commun et obtenue avec ledit couvercle 7 et ledit réceptacle 6 au cours d'une même opération de thermoformage .
Cette charnière 8 permet le libre débattement et l'emboîtement du couvercle 7 sur le réceptacle 6 en cours de fermeture ou d'ouverture.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le couvercle 7 et le réceptacle 6 comportent respectivement un rebord périphérique 9 et 10 perpendiculaire à leurs faces 3 , 4 transparentes ou non, destinés à s'emboîter l'un dans l'autre.
Avantageusement, le réceptacle 6 comporte un double rebord périphérique 10, 10A formant globalement un U renversé, de manière à lui conférer une régidification destinée à assurer une protection de l'objet 2 lors de son transport ou de son stockage .
Les rebords périphériques 9 du couvercle 7 et le rebord périphérique 10 du réceptacle 6 s'étendent respectivement, dans une direction qui leur est perpendiculaire, pour former deux languettes de liaison 11 et 12 également périphériques, destinées à être mises en contact et solidarisées l'une de l'autre à la fermeture, par tous moyens d'assemblage, tels que collage, thermosoudage, agraf ge .
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, au moins, une portion de l'une des languettes de liaison 11 ou 12 se prolonge dans le même plan de celle-ci par un élément de suspension 14 rattaché à ladite languette par une ligne de moindre résistance, le rendant détachable, en vue de 1' expédition. L'élément de suspension 14 est pourvu selon le présent exemple de deux trous 15 mais bien entendu, il pourrait également n'être prévu qu'un seul trou 15.
Comme le montre la figure 5, l'objet pourra être également recouvert par un cache 16 non transparent à disposer en dessous du couvercle 7 transparent, ledit cache 16 étant pourvu d'une découpe 17 pouvant être de toutes formes pour valoriser uniquement une partie de l'objet 2 qu'il recouvre.
Quel que soit le cas de figure retenue, le conteneur 1 sera réalisé dans une matière plastique non déchirable . A noter également qu'en fonction de la matière du support d'écriture, on utilisera soit un crayon, soit un stylo, soit un marqueur ou encore un feutre spécial . Selon le présent exemple de réalisation, il a été représenté un conditionnement de forme rectangulaire mais il est bien entendu que celle-ci pourra également, tout en conservant les caractéristiques de l'invention, être ronde, hexagonale, octogonale, en forme de cœur, ou de toute autre forme selon l'événement à marquer.
Bien entendu, les dimensions et la forme de ce conditionnement seront telles à correspondre à un objet plié ou non, de manière à assurer non seulement sa visibilité mais également son maintien en place pendant l'expédition.
L'objet présentera au moins une partie de décor correspondant sensiblement à la face transparente du couvercle, de manière à illustrer celle-ci à la manière du verso d'une carte postale.
C'est ainsi qu'il pourra être expédié aisément des objets tels que chemises, foulards, maillots, cravates, ceux-ci étant plies de sorte à faire apparaître une partie choisie et préférentielle, les mettant en valeur.
L'avantage majeur de cette invention est que l'acheteur choisi un objet, pouvant être un cadeau, sans avoir à le toucher et peut l'expédier sans avoir non plus à confectionner le paquet. II lui suffira de porter le nom et d'adresse du destinataire ainsi qu'une éventuelle correspondance .
L'autre avantage réside dans le fait que le destinataire recevra une sorte de grande carte postale dont le verso n'est pas un paysage ou une illustration mais bien une partie d'un cadeau concret .
La description qui précède porte essentiellement sur un conditionnement formant une boîte mais bien entendu, selon les mêmes caractéristiques de l'invention, il pourra s'agir d'une pochette relativement plate.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Conditionnement (1) du type enveloppe ou colis postal destiné à l'expédition d'un objet (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte d'une part au moins une face transparente (3) rendant visible au moins une partie de l'objet (2) contenu et d'autre part au moins une face (4) parallèle à la première (3) constituant un support d'écriture, lesdites faces (3 et 4) définissant entre elles un volume clos .
2. Conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support d'écriture (-4) se décompose en une première zone (4A) destinée à l'adresse du destinataire et à l'affranchissement et une seconde zone (4B) libre, destinée à la correspondance ou à tout autre type de communication.
3. Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est préaffranchi, par apposition d'un timbre (4C) dans la zone (4B) destinée à l'adresse du destinataire et à 1 ' affranchissement .
4. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ses deux faces (3 et 4) sont réalisées en matière plastique, l'une d'elles étant transparente et l'autre opaque pour constituer le support d' écriture.
5. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ses deux faces (3 et 4) sont en matière plastique transparentes, l'une d'elles (4) recevant à l'extérieur un support d'écriture (5) en papier, en carton, ou de tout autre matière.

Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de deux parties (6 et 7) en matière plastique, l'une (6) formant réceptacle destiné à recevoir l'objet (2) et portant le support d'écriture (5) et l'autre (7) formant un couvercle dont au moins la face (4) est transparente de manière à rendre visible l'objet.

Conditionnement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle transparent (7) est associé au réceptacle (6) par l'intermédiaire d'une charnière film (8) réalisée sur un côté commun et obtenue avec ledit couvercle (7) et ledit réceptacle (6) au cours d'une même opération de thermoformage .
8. Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (7) et le réceptacle (6) comportent respectivement un rebord périphérique (9 et 10) perpendiculaire à leurs faces (3, 4) transparentes ou non, destinés à s'emboîter l'un dans l'autre.

Conditionnement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (6) comporte un double rebord périphérique (10, 10A) formant globalement un U renversé, de manière à lui conférer une régidification destinée à assurer une protection de l'objet (2) lors de son transport ou de son stockage .

Conditionnement selon l'une , des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les rebords périphériques (9) du couvercle (7) et le rebord périphérique (10) du réceptacle (6) s'étendent respectivement, dans une direction qui leur est perpendiculaire, pour former deux languettes de liaison (11 et 12) également périphériques, destinées à être mises en contact et solidarisées l'une de l'autre à la fermeture, par tous moyens d'assemblage, tels que collage, thermosoudage, agrafage .
11. Conditionnement selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins, une portion de l'une des languettes de liaison (11 ou 12) se prolonge dans le même plan de celle-ci par un élément de suspension (14) rattaché à ladite languette par une ligne de moindre résistance, le rendant détachable, en vue de l'expédition.
