Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fluoration consistant à fluorer un composé organique au moyen d'un agent de fluoration électrophile porteur d'une liaison N-F dans du dioxyde de carbone liquide, du dioxyde de carbone supercritique, du fluoroalcane liquide ou du fluoroalcane supercritique ; et à utiliser comme agent de fluoration électrophile des sels onium d'azote quaternaire représentés par la formule générale (I), surtout par la formule générale (II), dans le procédé de fluoration susmentionné: (I) (II) (dans lesquelles X- désigne une base de conjugué d'un acide de Bronsted). Le procédé susmentionné permet d'effectuer facilement, de manière sûre et avec des rendements élevés, une fluoration dans un support liquide, tel qu'un dioxyde de carbone liquide.
