Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil permettant d'obtenir un pléthysmogramme accéléré pour mesurer une onde de pulsation accélérée, par changement en signaux électriques de la pression de réflexion d'une onde de pulsation devant être transmise à un vaisseau sanguin du coeur. Un tel appareil comprend un moyen de détection de la pression (S), un moyen d'amplification (A) et un moyen de filtrage (F). Le moyen de détection de la pression (S) est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un caoutchouc de silicium reflétant la pression (1) ou (1a), une céramique détectant la pression dynamique (2), une plaque de pression standard (3), un moyen contenant un capteur (4) ou (4a), une partie de sortie de pression dynamique (9), une partie de sortie de pression standard (10). Cet appareil comprend également un moyen de pression ou une sangle de poignet avec capteur (8) en fonction de l'utilisation de cet appareil pour un doigt ou un orteil, ou pour un poignet.
