Description
The invention relates to a mine-protected armored vehicle according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a mine-protected armored vehicle is known for example from EP 0 963 903 A2. In this known armored vehicle, the torsion bars associated with the rollers are provided such that they are located in the dynamic buckling area, i.e. located in the effective area of blast and projectile-forming mines. However, this means that the mine protection leaves nothing to be desired in this known armored vehicle.
The invention has for its object to provide a mine-protected armored vehicle of the type mentioned, in which an optimal mine protection against blast and projectile-forming mines is guaranteed with relatively simple means. This object is achieved in a mine-protected armored vehicle of the type mentioned by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1. Preferred training and further developments of the mine-protected armored vehicle according to the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
The mine-protected armored vehicle according to the invention has the advantage that the protection against blast- and projectile-forming mines is optimal because the torsion bars assigned to the rollers lie outside the dynamic buckling area, i.e. located in the area of the dent of the protection module. To increase the ground clearance and thus to attach the floor protection module, the rollers are attached to the floor of the vehicle pan by means of carrier plates. This attachment is advantageously carried out by screw connections. The same applies to the attachment of the carrier plates to the vehicle body. Further advantages are the maintenance of the vehicle's ground clearance with a reasonable weight gain. The performance of the vehicle is maintained in that there is no structural intervention in the vehicle pan and an unchanged use of the installation kits is guaranteed.
