Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un récipient hermétiquement fermé servant à renfermer des produits alimentaires solides sensibles à l'humidité. Ce récipient comporte un corps en forme de tube fait d'un matériau composite comprenant un revêtement externe, au moins une couche en carton externe, une couche barrière d'oxygène recouvrant ladite couche en carton à l'intérieur, et un revêtement thermoscellable interne d'un matériau thermoplastique ; une fermeture en forme de membrane déchirable scellée comprenant une couche barrière d'oxygène et un revêtement interne d'un matériau thermoscellable thermoplastique ; et un fond profond fait d'un matériau composite comportant une couche de vernis externe, au moins une couche en carton, une couche barrière d'oxygène recouvrant la couche en carton à l'intérieur, et un revêtement interne d'un matériau thermoplastique thermoscellable, le fond et son rebord remontant vers le haut et vers l'extérieur de la surface d'extrémité du corps et étant thermoscellés à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur dudit corps, et se caractérisant par le fait que le matériau composite dudit fond présente une structure laminée qui s'étend depuis l'extérieur vers l'intérieur ; une couche de vernis externe thermorésistante qui fournit à la surface en carton revêtue un coefficient de friction déterminé au moyen d'un appareil Instron selon le procédé ASTM D1894-00 compris entre environ 0,10 et 0,45, de préférence entre environ 0,20 et 0,30, au moins une couche en carton, une couche barrière d'oxygène, une couche porteuse de renforcement résistant à l'utilisation pour la couche barrière située entre la couche en carton et la couche barrière d'oxygène, et un revêtement thermoscellable interne d'un matériau thermoplastique. L'invention porte aussi sur un procédé de fabrication correspondant.
