Abstract

Boquilla vertedor para envases metálicos o de material similar; cuyos envases son del tipo de los que comprenden un cuerpo de envase enterizo que se cierra por su extremo mediante una tapa engatillada dotada de anilla y una lengüeta con remache desprendible total o parcialmente. La anilla presenta una línea de giro abisagrada que discurre diametralmente a un remache que relaciona una zona plana desprendible que cubre un rehundido central de la tapa de forma troncocónico invertido que delimita una zona lateral interior que define la boquilla troncocónica cerrada por una superficie circular también rehundida con el remache citado. La tracción de la anilla desprende esta última superficie circular y la zona que cubre el rehundido a la vez que la superficie lateral de la boquilla emerge hasta alcanzar su máximo diámetro base y la boca extrema libre de la boquilla presenta un reborde perimetral redondeado hacia dentro.

SIMILAR
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El presente Modelo de Utilidad tiene por objeto una boquilla vertedor para envases metálicos o de material similar.
Estos envases son los utilizados para el envasado de bebidas para consumo humano tales como : cervezas, zumos, colas, tónicas, etc., y reúnen condiciones técnicas adecuadas para su uso como son: hermeticidad, ligereza, coste asequible, etc.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Estos envases tienen por lo general tapas que se denominan de fácil apertura dotadas de una anilla y una lengüeta, denominada ecológica, a través de la cual se realiza la apertura del envase.
Sin embargo el sistema de apertura mediante el sistema de anilla y lengüeta situadas sobre la tapa de cierre de estos envases también denominados botes o latas carece de las condiciones mínimas exigibles desde el aspecto sanitario para su uso y consumo humano por dos razones .
- Al abrir el envase, la lengüeta de cierre se introduce inevitablemente en el interior del envase quedando en contacto con el contenido del bote la parte exterior de la lengüeta, de tal forma que cualquier producto tóxico o contaminante que se haya depositado sobre la tapa pasa a contaminar el contenido líquido.
- Al verter el contenido no es posible evitar que el líquido moje el reborde exterior de la tapa de cierre contaminándose de cualquier sustancia que existe sobre la tapa. Esto supone un peligro de contaminación para la salud pública toda vez que los envases se utilizan en grandes cantidades y en casi todos los países del mundo, y en ocasiones, ya se han tenido noticias sobre contaminación por depósito sobre los envases de productos tóxicos de efecto inmediato sobre la salud
(pesticidas, fungicidas, etc.) por lo que se ha podido relacionar el origen de la intoxicación; pero en los casos de contaminación que producen efectos en los organismos en plazo de tiempo mas o menos corto, no es posible determinar su origen ni causa.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La boquilla vertedor de la invención presenta una constitución sencilla y su uso es muy fácil ya que el usuario tan sólo con tirar de la anilla de la tapa consigue extraer la boquilla que se encuentra en el interior del envase y forma parte íntegra de la tapa de cierre .
Este sistema de boquilla evita que el líquido que contiene el envase se pueda contaminar por entrar en contacto con alguna parte exterior de la tapa incluso con la lengüeta.
Es decir, el uso de la boquilla de la invención es una sustitución del sistema de apertura de los actuales envases destinados para alojar productos líquidos para el consumo humano con el fin de corregir la situación de posibles contaminaciones que lleva implícito el actual sistema de cierre utilizado.
De acuerdo con la invención el envase o bote es del tipo de los que presentan un cuerpo de bote enterizo de una sola pieza, y que se cierra mediante engatillado de un disco o tapa de cierre. La tapa de cierre lleva en su zona central una conformación rehundida concéntrica y una tapa del hueco de la zona rehundida que va solidaria por un remache al que se fija la anilla de tracción. La anilla de tracción en la parte del remache está dotada de una charnela que le permite el giro a la anilla para posicionarla perpendicularmente al plano de la tapa, de manera que por simple tracción se extrae la pared conformada y que constituye la boquilla una vez que se ha efectuado el desprendimiento de la tapa del hueco o del rehundido a la vez.
Siguiendo traccionando con la anilla se extrae la boquilla que queda conformada en forma troncocónica con un cierre de boquilla que después de traccionar de nuevo se desprende con el cierre, el remache y la anilla, quedando abierta la boquilla y lista para ser usada como vertedor.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
La figura 1 muestra una vista en planta del objeto de la invención en un envase de bebidas.
La figura 2 muestra una vista seccionada de la boquilla de la invención en el interior del envase de bebidas .
La figura 3 muestra una vista similar a la de la figura 2 de una variante de realización de la boquilla antes de su uso.
La figura 4 muestra una vista de la boquilla plegada con la anilla levantada verticalmente a la tapa.
La figura 5 muestra la boquilla en posición de uso.
La figura 6 muestra una vista en planta del envase y de la boquilla en la posición de uso de la figura 5. DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PRACTICA DE LA INVENCIÓN
La boquilla 1 de la invención va posicionada y se fija en la tapa 2 de un envase 3 enterizo cuya tapa 2 que se fija mediante engatillado al extremo del cuerpo del envase, está dotada de una anilla de tracción 4 dotada de una charnela 5.
La tapa está dotada de, al menos, un rehundido troncocónico invertido 6 centrado respecto a un remache 7 que relaciona el cierre 8 de la boquilla 9 de la tapa 10 del rehundido.
El rehundido 6 puede ser doble como se representa en la figura 3. El remache 7, por lo tanto, relaciona la tapa 10 del rehundido y el cierre 8 de la boquilla 9, de tal manera que cuando se fracciona la anilla en posición vertical ésta se desprende con la tapa 10 y el cierre 9 quedando la boquilla con un extremo libre 11 redondeado perimetral hacia adentro, tal y como se ve en la figura 5.
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, así como la manera de realizarse en la práctica, debe hacerse constar que las disposiciones anteriormente indicadas y representadas en los dibujos adjuntos son susceptibles de modificaciones de detalle en cuanto no alteren el principio fundamental .

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Boquilla vertedor para envases metálicos o de material similar; cuyo envases son del tipo de los que comprende un cuerpo de envase enterizo que se cierra por su extremo mediante una tapa engatillada dotada de anilla y una lengüeta con remache desprendible total o parcialmente; caracterizada porque la anilla presenta una línea de giro abisagrada que discurre diametralmente a un remache que relaciona una zona plana desprendible que cubre un rehundido central de la tapa de forma troncocónico invertido que delimita una zona lateral interior que define la boquilla troncocónica cerrada por una superficie circular también rehundida con el remache citado; la tracción de la anilla desprende esta última superficie circular y la zona que cubre el rehundido a la vez que la superficie lateral de la boquilla emerge hasta alcanzar su máximo diámetro base y la boca extrema libre de la boquilla presenta un borde perimetral redondeado hacia adentro .
2. - Boquilla según la reivindicación 1 caracterizada porque en su posición de retracción dentro del envase se conforma por dos rehundidos concéntricos troncocónicos .
