Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis eines Analyten A in einer Flüssigkeit mit folgenden Schritten: (a) Bereitstellen einer ein Nachweisreagenz N enthaltenden Lösung in einem Behälter (B,b) Zugabe des Analyten A zur Lösung, (c) Anlegen eines auf die Lösung wirkenden elektrischen Feldes eF mittels sich außerhalb des Behälters B befindenden Elektroden, so daß sich die Konzentration eines für die Anwesenheit des Analyten A spezifischen Stoffs in einem Bereich M des Behälters B ändert und (d) optisches Erfassen der Konzentrationsänderung.
