Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Anordnung zum Betreiben eines Telekommunikationsnetzes (14) mit einem Steuerrechner (66), der ein Netzelement (12e) eines Netzknotens eines Telekommunikationsnetzes (14) steuert. Der Steuerrechner (66) hat neben seinem Betriebssystem mindestens ein erstes Schnittstellenprogramm (80) sowie ein Signalisierungsprogramm (76, 78), das Signalisierungsvorgänge zwischen dem Steuerrechner (66) und weiteren Steuerrechnern (34, 36, 38) des Telekommunikationsnetzes (14) realisiert. Ein Anwendungsrechner (72), der mit dem Steuerrechner (66) verbunden ist, hat neben dem ihm zugeordneten Betriebssystem mindestens ein zweites Schnittstellenprogramm (82) sowie mindestens ein Anwendungsprogramm (84 bis 92). Mit Hilfe des zweiten Schnittstellenprogramms (82) werden Daten zu dem ersten Schnittstellenprogramm (80) übertragen und von diesem empfangen, die Signalisierungsinformationen enthalten. Die Signalisierungsinformationen werden mit Hilfe der beiden Schnitt-stellenprogramme (80, 82) zwischen dem Anwendungsprogramm (84 bis 92) des Anwendungsrechners (72) und dem Signalisierungsprogramm (76, 78) des Steuerrechners (66) ausgetauscht.
