Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herstellungsverfahren zur endkonturnahen Herstellung von Bauteilen aus NiTi-Formgedächtnislegierungen. Das bekannte Verfahren des Metallformspritzens wird durch Anpassung des Bindersystem sowie der Temperaturführung und Zeitminimierung bei der Entbinderung erfindungsgemäss für den Einsatz von NiTi-Formgedächtnislegierungen ermöglich.
