Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mahlverfahren zum Vermahlen eines insbesondere zähen und/oder faserigen Aufgabegutes zusammen mit wenigstens einem festen Mahlzusatzstoff. Zur Steigerung der Mahlqualität wird als Mahlzusatzstoff ein kristalliner Stoff verwendet und die Vermahlung erfolgt ohne Mahlhilfskörper derart, dass das Aufgabegut und der Mahlzusatzstoff oder die Mahlzusatzstoffe mit hoher Geschwindigkeit beansprucht, insbesondere zerschlagen werden.
