Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formgebungswerkzeug oder Bauteil dafür mit wärmeleitenden Formwänden, wobei die Formwände Durchleitungsmittel für ein stromfähiges Medium zur Wärmeenergiezufuhr und Wärmeenergieabfuhr auf die Oberfläche des mit dem Formgebungswerkzeug herzustellenden Produkts eingebaut sind. Die Formwandvolumen des Formgebungswerkzeuges sind von Zwischenräumen durchzogen, die in porenartigen Öffnungen auf den Formwandoberflächen enden. Sowohl die Zwischenräume wie auch die porenartigen Öffnungen werden durch miteinander verbundene Hohlelemente gebildet, wobei die vernetzten Zwischenräume von einem Medium durchflossen werden. Das Material für die Bildung der Hüllwande der Hohlelemente ist derart ausgebildet, dass das Material eine geringe Warmeleitfähigkeit und eine geringe Wärmekapazitat besitzt. Die einzelnen Hohlelemente sind durch Verkleben, Verloten oder Versintern zu einem Körper starr miteinander verbunden.
