Abstract

It's a system by which bottle shape objects made of various materials may be converted into glass or wineglass. By avoiding the glass dependency of the bottle forms made of various materials and containing various but especially liquid foods, it has the characteristic of converting bottle to glass or wineglass.

Description

DESCRIPTION "CONNERTIBILITY SYSTEM OF BOTTLE FORMS TO GLASS OR WINEGLASS FORMS"
This invention is regarding to the "convertibility system of bottle forms to glass or wineglass forms". It's a system by which objects made of various materials can be converted into glass or wineglass.
There is no equivalent of our invention that is carrying the characteristics of it. Since it enables bottle to be converted into glass or wineglass form, it eliminates the inevitability of drinking from bottle or necessity of having a glass or wineglass. Due to its structure, it brings the advantage of protecting, storing and re-using the material in it. Since it does not require basic amendments in bottle manufacturing facilities and ensure production, introduction and usage by little revisions till it reaches to the end-user, it has economical benefits. It does not require any amendments in transportation, storage and waiting positions from production till the end-use location. Due to its structure, it's appropriate to the sanitary conditions and it provides serving easiness and presentation difference. Since it can be used continuously, it avoids extravagance by disciplining the random usage habits. Since it enables usage of the bottle designs accepted by the consumers without any change, it increases the acceptance possibility of the product. By avoiding the necessity of drinking from bottle, it provides the comfort of drinking from glass or wineglass which is more comfort and ergonomical.
In Figure 1 general appearance of bottle form , in Figure 2 demounted appearance of bottom cap, in Figure 3 details of bottom cap and blind cap, in Figure 4 the 180° turning movement of the bottle, in Figure 5 removing of bottom cap, in Figure 6 mounting bottom cap to blind cap and in Figure 7 the final form of the glass or wine glass is shown and the parts are indicated with the numbers in parenthesis as in the following; body (1), bottom cap (2), blind cap (3), screw gear (4), screw housing (5), body gear (6). Basically, body (1) is consisted of blind cap (3) and screw gear (4) in its narrow part and demountable bottom cap (2). First body (1) is turned 180° so as that the bottom cap (2) shall become upwards. By using the body gear (6) found on the body (1) and screw housing (5) found on the bottom cap (2), the bottom cap (2) is removed from the body (1) by hand. The demounted bottom cap (2) is placed on the blind cap (3) by joining the screw housing (5) with screw gear (4) and it becomes mounted on the body (1). When the mounting is completed, the bottle turns into glass or wineglass form. The connection systems of the body (1) and the bottom cap (2) also the bottom cap (2) and the blind cap (3) are realized by screwed system and alternatively it may be provided by various demountable connection methods such as clips. Every kind of materials used in the protection and serving of every kind of foods, especially the liquid foods, such as glass, metal, plastic, ceramic may be applied in the manufactured bottle forms.
