Abstract

There is provided a lot-drawing purchasing system including a plurality of clients who want to purchase a product, and a product server that sells a product in a predetermined selling unit for a predetermined sales period, and provides the clients with information about the product with lot-drawing fortunate purchase probability indicated. When a client connects with the product server to purchase a product, the client is provided with or personally selects a fortune number after purchasing the product. When a sales target has been accomplished, a winner is chosen from clients who purchased the product by lottery and provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium. Even when the sales target has not been accomplished during the sales period, the winner is chosen by lottery and provided with a portion of the first winning prize, corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product to the target number of purchasers when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product. 100% or more of discount factors, caused by a reduction in distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemtive purchase, group purchase and blanket purchase of the product, is returned to the clients who purchased the product. The product server has a membership information database, a product information database, a fortune number selection database, and a lot database. Technical Field
The present invention relates to a lot-drawing purchasing method and system using the Internet and a lot-drawing group purchasing method and system using the same. More particularly, the invention relates to a lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system used for on-line electronic commerce using the Internet, in which a product is sold in a predetermined unit at its market price and discount factors, caused by a reduction in the distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group buying and blanket purchase, are returned to a group of clients who bought the product in a manner that a winner is chosen from the clients by lot and the chosen winner is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to a purchasing price of the product or more. The present invention relates to a lot-drawing purchasing method and system in on-line electronic commerce in which a product is sold in various selling units in order to satisfy customer's diverse interests.
Moreover, the invention provides as a method for realizing the above-described lot-drawing purchasing method a new lot-drawing group purchasing method and system in which an on-line group buying form is applied to a B-to-B commercial transaction between a manufacturer client and a product server operator. Specifically, the manufacturer client directly registers its products in a product server that sells products through the fortunate purchasing method to sell the products with the product server operator's approval. When consumer clients connect with the product server to purchase a product, a unique fortune number is given to each of them. If a target sales amount of the product is accomplished, a winner is chosen from the consumer clients by lot and provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to a purchasing price of the product or more as a winning prize. Even when the target sales amount is not accomplished during a predetermined sales period, a winner is decided by lot. In case where the winner is chosen from people who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner is provided with a portion of the winning prize, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who purchased the product during the sales period to a target number of purchasers.
With the popularization of the Internet, the number of on-line shoppers using the Internet is increasing gradually. Because shoppers can purchase goods at low prices by using a group buying method and a modified group buying method, these methods are widely being employed for off-line commercial transactions as well as on-line electronic commerce.
A typical group buying method and a sliding group buying method widely used on the Internet are roughly explained with reference to FIGS. 9A and 9B. FIG. 9A depicts an example of the typical group buying method used for conventional off-line commercial transactions, and FIG. 9B depicts an example of the sliding group buying method used for the on-line electronic commerce.
Referring to FIG. 9A illustrating the typical group buying method, when a single client 10 purchases a product (refrigerator, for example) at a store 70, she can buy the product at its market price, for example, 1,000,000 won. On the contrary, in case where a group of clients, for instance, a group of ten or twenty people, buy the product, they can negotiate the product's price and purchase it at 950,000 won each, as shown in FIG. 9A. This group buying method has a difficulty in aggregating a plurality of clients who want to buy the same product. Furthermore, the price negotiation process in this method is ineffective.
As the above-described typical group buying method can aggregate a plurality of clients who want to purchase the same product with the development of the Internet, the modified group buying method (referred to as hereinafter sliding group buying method) is prevalent on the Internet.
Referring to FIG. 9B, with the sliding group buying method using the Internet, an Internet portal operator or an on-line shopping mall 80 and a manufacturer 50 present specifications or a price of a product purchasable by group buying on the Internet on a contract between them, and clients who want to buy the product are grouped to purchase it. Specifically, when ten persons buy a product called A in a group, the price of A is 155,000 won. The price is 150,000 won when thirty persons purchase A in a group, and 145,000 won when fifty clients buy it in a group. That is, as the number of grouped buyers increases, the price decreases. This sliding group buying method allows consumers to be able to buy a product at a lower price.
In on-line commercial transactions using the sliding group buying method as shown in FIG. 9B, a process in which the manufacturer requests the on-line shopping mall to sell their products and decides their prices is carried out in a way of off-line commercial transaction, and on-line commercial transaction is made only between the on-line shopping mall and clients (consumers). This means that on-line group buying in an imperfect form is performed. In addition, the sliding group buying method is creating problems including a problem caused by a difference between photograph data of a product presented on the on-line shopping mall and the actual image of the product and a problem of selling old models. These problems are generated because commercial transactions between the on-line shopping mall and clients (B-to-C: transaction between business and consumers) are not carried out while commercial transaction between the manufacturer and the on-line shopping mall (B-to-B: transaction between business and business) is not accomplished.
Therefore, there are created many problems in manpower and management for examining and registering lots of goods and operating the on-line shopping mall. Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system used for on-line electronic commerce using the Internet, in which a product is sold in a predetermined unit at its market price and discount factors, caused by a reduction of distribution process of the product, are returned to clients who purchased the product in such a manner that a winner is chosen from the clients by lot and the chosen winner is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to the price of the product or more. Another object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system used in on-line electronic commerce using the Internet, by which a manufacturer client can request a product server to register his products or directly register the products in the product server and purchaser clients can connect with the product server to purchase goods. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system for maximizing client attraction effect. With the lot- drawing fortunate group buying method and system, a client connects with the product server to search for a product with winning probability, the target number of purchasers and sales period indicated to purchase the product. At the point of time when settlement is completed, the client is given a fortune number, one of numbers as many as the target number of purchasers or less, or he selects it personally. When a predetermined target amount of products is accomplished, a fortune number is drawn within a designated period and cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to the product's price or higher is provided to a winner who draws the fortune number. When the target amount of products is not accomplished for a predetermined sales period, the fortune number is drawn within the designated period and, when the winner is chosen from persons who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner is provided with a portion of an amount of money amounting to the product's purchasing prices or higher, which corresponds to the rate of the number of persons who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers in cash, cyber money or premium. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system, in which the same product is sold in various selling units in on-line electronic commerce in order to satisfy diverse consumers' interests.
A different object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system for returning discount factors, caused by reductions in distribution process and distribution cost, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group buying and blanket purchase to purchasers. The method displays product information, prize- winning probability and the number of products sold on a product search screen, to thereby maximize the client attraction effect.
Another different object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system, with which a manufacturer can manufacture products without sacrificing margin and a client can purchase other goods using an amount of money saved in distribution margin generated from distribution process, thereby promoting consumption, preventing off-line and on-line commercial transactions from colliding each other, and establishing distribution order. Still another different object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system in which, when a client wins a prize in a lot with high winning probability of 1/2 to 1/10, provided when the client purchases a product, the client has good luck of receiving cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to the product's purchasing price or higher or being provided with a portion of an amount of money amounting to the purchasing price or more, which corresponds to the rate of the number of persons who purchased the product during a predetermined sales period to the target number of purchasers in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto.
Yet another different object of the present invention is to provide a lot-drawing fortunate group buying method and system in which, even when a client does not win a prize in a lot with high winning probability of 1/2 to 1/20, provided with the client purchases a product, the client receives cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to about 10% of the price of purchased goods so that he can attain discount effect.
A further different object of the present invention is to provide a method by which a manufacturer can sell products at stabilized prices and to offer an effective sales route to medium and small enterprises possessing excellent technologies. Brief Description of the Drawings

A lot-drawing purchasing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of clients who want to purchase products, and a product server that determines sales periods of various products, sells a product in a predetermined selling unit to the clients, provides product information and prize- winning probability with respect to the product to clients who purchase the product, chooses a winner from the clients by lot when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and provides the winner with a first winning prize amounting to a purchasing price of the product or more, the product server offering the first winning prize in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto. Preferably, the lot-drawing purchasing system chooses a winner by lot even when a sales target of the product has not been accomplished during a predetermined sales period, and provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto when the winner is chosen from clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the portion of the first wining prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product to the target number of purchasers.
Preferably, in the lot-drawing purchasing system of the invention, the product server has a plurality of databases including a membership information database for managing information about registered members, a product information database storing prices and detailed information of products, a database for selecting a selling unit of a product, prize-winning probability and a fortune number corresponding to the prizing- winning probability, and a lot database storing various lottery games and puzzle quiz methods. The fortune number selection database draws a fortune number according to a selling unit of a product. The fortune number selected by the fortune number selection database is prevented from being selected again by using DB locking technique so that only the first client to choose the fortune number can have the right to have it.
Preferably, even clients who do not win in lottery are provided with a predetermined percentage of the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto.
In the lot-drawing purchasing system of the invention, preferably, the fortunate purchase probability provided when the product is purchased is calculated on the basis of all discount factors caused by a reduction of distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group purchase and blanket purchase of the product. Preferably, a product registered in the product server is sold in various selling units and, in case where the product is sold in various selling units, the first winning prize increases in proportion to a multiple of a basic selling unit.
The lot-drawing purchasing system according to the present invention provides products, classifying them into hot items, drawing-impending items, hit items and so on, to the clients to allow the clients to be able to easily perform product search. A lot-drawing purchasing method according to another embodiment of the present invention provides information about a product with prize-winning probability and present purchase situation indicated to a plurality of clients, the product being sold to the clients in a predetermined selling unit, chooses a winner from clients who purchased the product by lot when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and provides the winner with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto. Even when the sales target has not been accomplished, the purchasing method chooses a winner by lottery and provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers. The purchasing method includes a step in which a client connects with a product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client who purchased the product is provided with or personally selects a fortune number; a step in which product sale is completed when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished and one or more winners are decided by lottery; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number in the lottery. In case where the sales target has not been accomplished during the sales period, the purchasing method includes a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided when the sales period is finished in case where the sales target has not been accomplished; and a step in which, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner is provided with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
A lot-drawing group purchasing system based on B-to-B commerce according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a manufacturer client who wants to sell products; a plurality of clients who want to purchase products; a product server that registers and sells a product in a predetermined selling unit, sales period of the product being decided by the manufacturer clients or the product server's operator, provides the clients with information about the product with fortunate purchase winning probability indicated, chooses a winner by lottery when a predetermined sales target is accomplished, and offers the winner with a first wining prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium; and the product server's operator that permits the manufacturer client to sell products on the product server based on B-to-B commerce between the operator and the manufacturer client. The product server decides a winner by lottery when the sales period is finished even when the sales target is not accomplished and, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers,

A lot-drawing group purchasing method based on B-to-B commerce according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a step in which a manufacturer client registers a product he wants to sell in a product server; a step in which a client connects with the product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client who purchased the product is provided with a fortune number; a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided by lottery when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number. The lot-drawing group purchasing method further includes a step of completing product sale and deciding one or more winners by lottery when a sales period of the product is finished in case where the predetermined sales target has not been accomplished, and a step of providing the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the winner is chosen from clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
In this lot-drawing group purchasing method, preferably, the step in which the manufacturer client sells his product through the product server includes a step in which the manufacturer client provides his product and business information to the product server's operator to request the membership of the product server; a step of examining the product and business information to approve the membership; a step the manufacturer client requests the product server to sell his product when he is registered in the product server as a member thereof; and a step of approving the manufacturer client's request and registering the product in the product server.
The step of registering the product in the product server is carried out by the product server's operator. Preferably, the step of registering the product in the product server is carried out by the manufacturer client with the approval of the product server's operator.
[Embodiment 1] An embodiment of the present invention is explained below in detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. FIG. 1 roughly illustrates a configuration of a system for realizing a lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method according to the present invention.
In FIG. 1, a reference numeral 10 represents a client including a user who uses an
Internet-usable cellular phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA) or a personal computer terminal. A reference numeral 100 designates a product server for enabling on-line purchase of goods using wired and wireless Internet. Here, the product server 100 includes a plurality of databases. For instance, the product server 100 includes a membership information database 111 for managing information about registered members, a product information database 112 storing prices and detailed information of products, a fortune number selection database 113 for selecting a selling unit of a product, prize winning probability and a fortune number corresponding to the winning probability, and a lot database 114 storing a variety of lot games and puzzle quiz methods.
The databases for constructing the fortunate purchasing system of the present invention are basically designed in a new form described below.
Firstly, though a general product purchasing system usually has databases storing membership information, product information and the like, the purchasing system of the invention further includes a premium database to realize fortunate purchase provided when a client buys goods. The premium database is constructed in such a manner that premium information for drawing a fortune number is defined and then database schema that defines details related with drawing a winning number (items of a first prize and a first prize winner, for example) is divided into product information and premium information using SQL-DDL technology and normalization technique.
Secondly, the lot-drawing purchasing system of the invention is designed in a manner that fortune number selection function software is programmed by using DOM (Document Objection Model) technique of DHTML (Dynamic Hyper Text Markup Language) and user defined function and dynamic text generation technique of Java Script so that the software is executed on a user client to realize a fortune number selection function. In addition, the purchasing system of the invention reduces a load on a service providing server and gives flexibility to a method of setting a drawing rate to eliminate restrictions on the drawing rate.
Thirdly, the present invention has developed a system for preventing a fortune number already selected from being selected again when a client chooses a fortune number by applying DB locking technique to the fortune number already selected and applied the system to the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system. Accordingly, even when a plurality of clients choose the same number almost simultaneously, only the first user to select the number is given the right to have it.
Fourthly, the product database of the purchasing system of the invention is designed in such a manner that, whenever clients click a product displayed, the number of times of clicking is stored in the product database. Furthermore, the purchasing system has a function of automatically analyzing user's response in real time that automatically changes locations of products displayed on a screen according to the total number of times of clicking by comparing the numbers of times of clicking by products, stored in the product database.
Owing to the database designed in the above manner, the client 10 who wants to buy a product can align hot products, drawing-impending products and hit products in required items and easily search for a desired product. According to this new function, the consumer client 10 is able to naturally know hot items among a vast quantity of goods and the manufacturer client can use this information as marketing information.
A fortunate purchasing method in the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system according to one embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 A to 2E and FIG. 3. FIGS. 2 A to 2E and FIG. 3 roughly illustrate a fortunate purchasing process in the lot-drawing purchasing system of the invention. Referring to FIG. 2A, on-line electronic commerce is performed with a plurality of products classified by categories (for example, computer products, electric and electronic products, children/toy/fancy products, precious metals, foods and so on) and registered in a product server 100 of the lot-drawing purchasing system according to one embodiment of the invention to allow a client to be able to easily search for products. The product categories can be changed or other categories can be added to them.
For instance, the display screen shown in FIG. 2A displays photographic data of products, product numbers, product names, prize winning probabilities, prices of products, sales periods, first winning prize money, and the present sales situation. A client can be provided with detailed information about a specific product, professional advice for helping him select a superior product, particulars to be considered when he selects the product and other information by clicking the corresponding product.
Selling prices of products dealt in the on-line electronic commerce using the purchasing system of the present invention are their market prices in principle. The first winning prize money amounts to the selling price or more of a product.
The client 10 who wants to purchase a specific product connects with the product server 100 through the Internet to search for the product. Let the client select the refrigerator (product number: 0103-0001, for example) of a company A from various products displayed on the screen of a computer terminal to buy at its market price, 1,000,000 won. A variety of products are displayed on the screen provided by the product server 100. Specifically, product numbers, product names and prize winning probabilities (1/2-1/10 according to goods, for example) with respect to the products are displayed as shown in FIG. 2 A. If the client 10 clicks the refrigerator of company A, its price, detailed information about it, the target number of purchasers, prize winning probability (probability of fortunate purchase), the number of products sold and a sales period are displayed as shown in FIG. 2B. Here, the number of products sold can be represented in figures or signs. In addition, the number of products sold may be displayed for only goods for which drawing is impending.
A product is sold in a unit of 2-10 pieces based on its margin. The selling unit is decided according to the probability of fortunate purchase, which will be described below, on the basis of a discount factor caused by a reduction in the distribution process. The selling unit becomes the target number of purchasers.
The probability of fortunate purchase means prize winning probability in a purchasing method in which a winner is chosen from persons who purchased the same product by various drawing methods stored in the product server 100 within a predetermined period after the target number of purchasers with respect to the product is reached and cash corresponding to the purchasing price of the product or more is returned to the winner. This probability is determined based on discount factors caused by the distribution margin of the product and a reduction in the distribution process of the product.
Specifically, in case where the market price of the refrigerator of company A is 1,000,000 won, its margin is 30%, and 30% of discount factor is generated, 20% of the margin is assigned to the probability of fortunate purchase and 10% thereof is assigned to the amount provided in cash or premium to each of clients 10 who do not win the prize. This calculation method is an example for explaining the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system so that it does not limit the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, it should be noted that the method of calculating the first winning prize, for example, is varied for operation of the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system of the invention.
For instance, when the selling unit of a product A is 5, the probability of fortunate purchase corresponds to 1/5, which means that when five persons purchased the product A the amount of money corresponding to the product's price is returned in cash to one of the five purchasers. In the above-described case, 1,000,000 won is returned in cash. In addition, each of four clients 10 who do not win the prize is provided with 100,000 won corresponding to 10% of the product's price. The remaining 10% can be used as subsidiary costs such as cost of transport or a commission for the operator 110 of the product server 100. If required, even the subsidiary costs are returned to the clients who purchased the product and proceeds from advertisements and events according to operation of the purchasing system of the invention can be used for the subsidiary costs.
In the aforementioned embodiment, when the sales target is not accomplished for the sales period, for example, when only three persons purchased the product during the sales period while the target number of purchasers is 5, the winner is decided by lottery. Here, if the winner is chosen from the three persons who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner can be provided with a portion of the first wining prize, 1,000,000 won, provided when the sales target is reached, which corresponds to the rate of the number of persons who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers (1,000,000 won X (3/5) = 600,000 won). Each of the clients who draw a blank can be provided with a portion of the amount of money amounting to 10% of the product's price, 100,000 won, returned to each of four of five persons, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who purchased the goods during the sales period to the target number of purchasers (100,000 won X (3/5) = 60,000 won).
Moreover, cash amounting to 10% of the product's price, offered to each client who does not win can be provided in the form of electronic lottery ticket according to the client's choice. The product server 100 provides a predetermined product to clients having the electronic lottery tickets by lot periodically within a predetermined period. The number of the electronic lottery tickets provided to the clients corresponds to the amount of money amounting to 10% of the product's price.
As described above, the lot-drawing purchasing system according to the present invention constructs a product selling system that returns 100% or more of a discount factor, caused by a reduction in the distribution process of a product, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group buying and blanket purchase, to a client who purchased the product by lot.
In off-line commercial transactions, generally, as the distribution process of a product is complicated, its distribution margin becomes large. In electronic commerce, the distribution margin becomes a discount factor of the product so that the product can be discounted. In addition to this discount factor, discount factors are created from OEM purchase of product, preemptive purchase, group buying and blanket purchase. In the lot- drawing purchasing system according to the present invention, a product is purchased at a low price with all the discount factors generated and the difference between the purchasing price and sales price is provided to a client who purchased the product in cash, cyber money or premium by lot.
In other words, the purchasing system of the invention returns 100% or more of the margin generated when a product is sold to clients, or returns a portion of the margin corresponding to the rate of the number of clients who purchased the product to the total number of purchasers (the number of clients who bought the product/the total number of purchasers). Through this method, the purchasing system can attract customers to create profits in other forms. Specifically, the system can make a profit from advertisement and a profit through events having clients as the target of advertisement and events.
When a client 10 who purchased a product using the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system of the invention wins a prize, he can buy the product that he wants and be provided with cash amounting to 1,000,000 won as well. Even when he does not win, he receives cash corresponding to about 5-10% of the market price of the product he bought so that he can purchase it at a price lower than the market price by 5-10%. Furthermore, in case where the number of persons who purchased the product does not reach the total number of purchasers to aggregate after the sales period is finished, when a winner is selected from the persons who bought the product during the sales period, the winner can be provided with 600,000 won in cash in case of the above embodiment, which corresponds to the rate of the number of persons who purchased the product to the total number of purchasers to aggregate. Even when the winner is not selected from the persons who bought the product, each of purchasers can be provided with 60,000 won in cash in proportion to the number of the persons who bought the product at the aforementioned price, 1,000,000 won. Thus, the purchasers can buy the product at a price lower than its market price. As a result, an Internet shopping mall employing the purchasing system of the invention is distinguished from other Internet shopping malls and it can return a profit to its clients and product manufacturers to improve client attraction effect.
For example, in case where the price of a product is 50,000 won, prize winning probability with respect to the product is 1/5, and a first winning prize is 45,000 won provided to a first-prize winner, clients can group-purchase fifty-nine products at 2,500,000 won corresponding to the price of fifty. Alternatively, when clients group-buy fifty products at 2,150,000 won corresponding to the price of forty-three, eight first-prize winners are secured and be provided with 360,000 won as premium with which they can buy seven products, resulting in a price discount effect. According to the above calculation, accordingly, clients can group-buy fifty products at 2,140,000 won that is a reduced price. Referring to FIG. 2C, when a client 10 searches for a product and requests to buy the product in FIG. 2B, he selects settlement means from credit card, inter-account transfer, cyber money settlement and the like. As shown in FIG. 2D, when settlement has been made, the client is provided with or directly selects a product purchase fortune number. Before or after this step, information about delivery of the purchased product, an address to which the drawing result will be sent, the client's e-mail address, a delivery destination and so on may be inputted. The step of offering or selecting the fortune number can be carried out through various methods. According to one of the methods, numbers ranging from 1 to the target number of purchasers or ranging from 0 to the target number minus 1 are sequentially or arbitrarily given to or selected by clients in a product purchase order. For example, in case where the target number of purchasers is 5, which means 1/5 of prize winning probability, fortune numbers from 1 to 5 can be arbitrarily given to or selected by clients. A client using the settlement means such as credit card, cyber money settlement or the like can be given or select a fortune number immediately because this settlement means executes settlement without having delay. In case of using a bank inter-account transfer, however, the purchase itself is cancelled frequently when the transfer takes time. Thus, it is preferable to give the fortune number to a client after the transfer is confirmed. However, it should be noted that in the purchasing system of the present invention, a purchaser is able to select a fortune number and may be given or select a fortune number prior to settlement when he uses the inter-account transfer as a settlement means.
In the fortunate purchasing system of the invention, to prevent a fortune number already selected by a certain client from being selected again by another client, DB blocking technique is applied to the fortune number selected once. Accordingly, in case where a plurality of persons select the same number almost simultaneously, only the first person to select the number has the right to have it.
Meantime, lot drawing is carried out at the point of time when the sales target is accomplished or within a predetermined period of time, for example, seven days, starting from the expiration date of the sales period on the basis of the database 140 including fair lot drawing method or quiz and game methods. Here, according to the lot drawing method proposed by the applicant, entitled "Lot drawing method and system using stock related index information and lot drawing service providing method and system using the same", filed June 2, 2001, it is considered that fair lot drawing is made without intervention of the system operator. Accordingly, the system of the invention employed the above lot drawing method using stock related index information to secure fairness.
The result of lot drawing is posted up on the board as shown in FIG. 2E, which will be described below, and a corresponding client 10 is informed of the result through a variety of communication means including an e-mailing system, cellular phone, character message service of cellular phone or the like. FIG. 2E exemplifies the result of lot drawing displayed on the board of the product server 100. As shown in FIG. 2E, product numbers, purchasers, drawing dates and winners can be collectively displayed or provided in a searchable state.
When the client 10 wins a prize in the fortunate purchase lot, the client receives an amount of money amounting to the price of the product he purchased in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto so that he can buy another product with the received money or request the product server to deposit the money in his bank account.
A lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method according to the present invention is explained below with reference to FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a flow chart showing a detailed procedure of an embodiment of the purchasing method of the invention.
Referring to FIG. 3, a client 10 connects with the product server 100 of the purchasing system of the invention through the Internet to search for a product (step S10). In the step S20, the client searches for the product database 110 of the product server 100 for the product he wants to buy and purchases it (referring to FIGS. 2 A, 2B and 2C).
In the step S30, when the client requests to buy the product and completes payment for them, he is given or selects a fortune number for lot drawing according to the invention (referring to FIG. 2D). In this step, the client inputs his e-mail address or telephone number for being informed of the result of lot drawing. Because the e-mail address or telephone number is used for being informed of the result of lot drawing and being displayed in the product purchase situation, it can be selectively inputted. Otherwise, information inputted when the client signs in the product server 100 can be used instead of the address or telephone number.
After the client who purchased the product is given or selects a fortune number, it is judged if the target number of purchasers (sales unit), shown in FIG. 2A, has been reached in the step S40. The procedure goes to the step 50 when it has been reached but goes to the step S45 when it has not. The lot drawing can be carried out in various manners only when it is performed fairly. As a lot drawing method, electronic lottery, on-the-spot game, quiz or puzzle can be employed in addition to general lot drawing methods.
The lot drawing is performed according to a method presented by the lot database 113 stored in the product server 100 to select a winner and the product server informs the winner of the result of lot drawing through e-mailing system or other communication means (step S50).
In case where the target number of purchasers has been reached, the winner of lot drawing is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to the price of the product (step S60). Each of clients who do not win in the lot drawing is provided with a predetermined percentage of the price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto (step S70).
In case where the target number of purchasers has not been reached, if the sales period is finished, lot drawing is carried out according to a method presented by the lot database 113 stored in the product server 100 to select the winner. Here, when the winner is chosen from the persons who bought the product during the sales period, the winner is informed of the result of lot drawing through e-mail or other communication means (step S55). If the sales period is not finished, the procedure returns to the step S20 to be repeated.
When the winner is chosen from the persons who purchased the product during the sales period in the step S55, the winner is provided with a portion of the amount of money amounting to the product's price, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who bought the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers (the first wining prize x (the number of persons who purchased the product/the target number of purchasers)), in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto (step S65). In addition, a client who does not win in the lot drawing is provided with a part of a predetermined percentage of the product's price, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who bought the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers (a predetermined percentage of the product's price x (the number of persons who bought the product/the target number of purchasers)), in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto (step S75). [Embodiment 2] A fortunate purchasing method in the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system according to another embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to FIGS. 4 A, 4B and 5. Although one prize winning probability is considered for one kind of product (in case of fixed selling unit) for convenience of explanation in the above- described embodiment 1, various winning probabilities are presented for the same product (for example, 1/3-1/100 for a refrigerator, which means various selling units) in this embodiment 2. To satisfy various customer's interests, this embodiment realizes an adjustable fortunate purchase form not the uniform purchase form.
In the embodiment 1, the first prize winning probability was fixed to 1/5 and the refrigerator was sold in the unit of five. In this embodiment 2, discount factors for the same product are returned to clients who purchased it by lottery, being divided in various selling units. Where let the discount factor of the refrigerator at the price of 1,000,000 won including its distribution margin be 30%, the refrigerator is sold in the unit of five and the first prize winning probability becomes 1/5 based on the discount factor including the distribution margin. FIG. 4A exemplifies a display screen displayed to clients in the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system according to another embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 4B exemplifies a modified one of the display screen of FIG. 4 A. As shown in FIGS. 4 A and 4B, the same product can be sold in various selling units.
Referring to FIG. 4A, for example, the refrigerator can be sold in the unit of three, four, five, ten, fifty or one hundred. In case where the refrigerator is sold in the unit of three, the total discount factor corresponding to the first winning prize when the three of them are all sold becomes 90% of the selling price of one refrigerator. When the refrigerator is are in the unit of ten, the total discount factor, the first winning prize, becomes 300% of the selling price of each refrigerator when the ten refrigerators are sold out. Further, if it is sold in the unit of one hundred, the total discount factor becomes 3000% of the selling price of one refrigerator.
FIG. 4A repeatedly illustrates the same product while varying the winning probability and the first winning prize. However, the display screen for one kind of product can be displayed, as shown in FIG. 4B, in a manner that a client can click one of winning probabilities to directly select a selling unit in consideration of a limited space of a web browser. In addition, the first winning prizes are displayed in connection with the winning probabilities by a conventional database designing technique.
Accordingly, when a client clicks a predetermined winning probability when he searches for a product, the first winning prize corresponding to the clicked winning probability is displayed. As shown in FIG. 4B, for instance, the client can selectively search for a predetermined winning probability and first winning prize corresponding thereto.
FIG. 5 is a flow chart showing a detailed procedure of the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method according to this embodiment of the invention. This method is similar to the method shown in FIG. 3 and further includes a step (S25) of selecting a winning probability after purchasing the product. As described above, the first winning prize depends on the selected winning probability.
The lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method of the invention can satisfy customer's manifold interests by selling goods in various selling units. In addition, the purchasing method can easily have access to a client who wants to buy goods in volume and be easily applied to B-to-B group sales and/or B-to-B group buying between manufacturer clients and customer clients. [Concrete example]
A concrete example of the embodiments 1 and 2 of the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system and method according to the present invention is described with reference to FIGS. 6 A to 61. FIG. 6A shows a site map that can be seen in a general home page, roughly depicting the configuration of the purchasing system according to the present invention. Here, it can be known that the lot-drawing purchasing system of the invention is realized through a home page of the applicant's company, called www.luckyro.com. In FIG. 6A, the reference numeral 60 represents rough explanation about the company operating the system of the invention, and 70 indicates the configuration of product categories of the purchasing system of the invention. FIG. 6B shows a display screen 90 displayed when one of the product categories of FIG. 6A is selected. The display screen 90 of FIG. 6B is similar to that of FIG. 2A and displays product names, prize-winning probabilities, first winning prizes, and selling prices of products. When one of products displayed on the display screen 90 of FIG. 6B is clicked, detailed information about the corresponding product is displayed as shown in FIG. 6C. A variety of products can be displayed, being classified into hot items as shown in FIG. 6D, lot-impending items as shown in FIG. 6E and hit items as shown in FIG. 6F.
When a client wants to purchase a product and requests to buy it, information about the product is displayed in a separate pop-up window 95 constructed of Java Script. This pop-up window 95 includes software by which product information, product purchase information and a fortune number can be selected. The client who bought the product can select fortune numbers as many as the number of products he purchased. When the client selects an arbitrary fortune number, the selected number is displayed with its color changed. The selection of the number is cancelled when the client clicks it once again, and the client can choose another fortune number. In addition, the client can decide a delivery destination and settlement means. Though credit card and inter-account transfer are shown as the settlement means in the figure, other means can be employed. In case of the inter-account transfer as shown in FIG. 6G, an inter-account transfer time limit is displayed and, when the time limit expires, ordering of the product is cancelled. Cancellation of ordering results in cancellation of the selected fortune number.
When the product purchase procedure is finished, the client can finally confirm purchase information as shown in FIG. 6H. In case where the client is a subscriber of the purchasing system, the purchase information is automatically recorded in a storage space prepared when the client signs in so that the client can confirm details of lot, the result of lot drawing and so on at any time.
[Embodiment 3]
A lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system according to another embodiment of the invention are explained below in detail with reference to FIGS. 7 A, 7B,
8 A and 8B. In this embodiment, the aforementioned conventional sliding group buying method is improved and applied to the purchasing method and system of the embodiments
1 and 2.
FIG. 7A roughly illustrates a system for realizing the lot-drawing group purchasing method according to another embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 7B roughly illustrates a membership sign-in procedure and a product registration procedure for B-to-B commercial transactions between a manufacturer client 50 and the operator 110 of a product server 100 for realizing the purchasing method of the invention.
Problems in the conventional sliding group buying method must be improved in order to realize the lot-drawing group purchasing method of the invention. In the purchasing method of the invention, accordingly, commercial transactions between the manufacturer client 50 and the operator 110 of the product server 100 are made on-line. In addition, registration of a product in the product server 100 is carried out in such a manner that the manufacturer client 50 signs in the product server 100 and obtains the operator's approval and newly registers the product at the point of time when products previously registered have been sold.
Here, the product server 100 has a plurality of manufacturer clients as its members. The manufacturer client 50 must have specific qualification conditions to obtain the membership of the product server. Once the manufacturer clients is registered as a member, the manufacturer client sells a predetermined quantity of products in a predetermined unit within a predetermined period without any restriction through the lot-drawing purchasing method. For example, a manufacturer client 50 producing a product A signs in the product server 100 first of all. Then, the client registers five-hundreds products and sells them in the unit of five for one year in agreement with the operator 110 of the product server 100, and newly registers the same number of the same product when the registered products have been sold. This procedure is explained below in detail with reference to FIGS. 7 A and 7B.
FIG. 7A roughly shows the configuration of the system for realizing the lot- drawing fortunate group purchasing method to which the purchasing method and system shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 are applied, and FIG. 7B roughly shows the sign-in procedure and product registration procedure. The system shown in FIG. 7 A further includes the manufacturer client 50 who registers products in the product server to sell them on-line in addition to the components of the system shown in FIG. 1. In FIGS. 1 and 7 A, like reference numerals designate like parts and detailed explanations for the parts are omitted.
FIG. 7B shows the signing-in procedure and product registration procedure performed between the manufacturer client 50 and the operator 110 of the product server 100 for realizing the lot-drawing purchasing method of the invention. In FIG. 7B, the manufacturer client 50 provides product information and business information thereof to the operator 110 of the product server 100 to apply for membership of being capable of selling products in the product server 100 (step 1 for providing product and business information and applying for membership). Then, the operator 110 examines whether the manufacturer client 50 can stably provide products or not, after sale service conditions, product return conditions and the like to approve the manufacturer client as a member of the product server (step 2 for approving membership). When the manufacturer client 50 becomes eligible for the membership, the client presents sales conditions including products, quantities, prices and the like to request the operator 110 of the product server 100 to sell the products (step 3 for requesting to sell products).
At the request of the manufacturer client, the operator 110 registers the products in the product server 100 (step 4 for registering products). Alternatively, the registration of products is carried out in such a manner that the manufacturer client 50 is provide with necessary particulars such as product registration numbers and numeral codes from the operator 110 (step 5) to register the products in the goods server 100 directly (step 6).
The products registered in the product server 100 in the above manner are sold to clients 10 through the lot-drawing purchasing method as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.
FIG. 8 A is a flow chart showing a detailed procedure of registering products and selling them to clients through group purchasing in a modified form between the manufacturer client 50 and the operator 110 of the product server 100 shown in FIGS. 7 A and 7B. FIG. 8 A is similar to FIG. 3 excepting a step (SI 10) in which the manufacturer client 50 registers manufactured products in the product server 100.
In the step (SI 10), the manufacturer client 50 signs in the product server 100 through the procedure shown in FIG. 4B to become the member of the product server. Once he becomes the member, he can sell products in contract quantity through the product server 100. Accordingly, medium and small enterprises that have no sales network while being capable of producing goods with new technology or excellent technology can be especially benefited.
The lot-drawing fortunate selling method shown in the steps (SI 10 to SI 85) is similar to the method shown in the steps of FIG. 3 or 5 so that detailed explanation for the method is omitted.
FIG. 8B is a flow chart showing a modified embodiment of the method shown in FIG. 8A. In this embodiment, clients are given self-regulation in lot-drawing procedure performed when they purchased goods. In FIG. 8B, a step (S210) in which the manufacturer client requests the product server to register products thereof using the Internet or directly registers them, a step (S220) in which the client connects with the product server 100, and a step (S230) of purchasing the products are executed as described in FIGS. 7A, 7B and 8A.
In the modified embodiment shown in FIG. 8B, when a client purchases a product through the product server 100 of the fortunate group purchasing system, the product server presents predetermined numbers to the client when the client has paid for the purchased product. Then, client selects one of the numbers. In case where the target number of purchasers is reached (step S250), clients who purchased the product decide a lot drawing method/lot drawing time through self-regulating agreement (step S260) and inform the operator 110 of the product server 100 of the decided result. In this manner, the clients have self-regulation to decide the winner according to a method they select. In this case, when the clients do not come to an agreement within a predetermined period of time, lot drawing is made according to a predetermined method stored in the lot database of the product server 100 to select the winner (step S270).
The winner selected by lottery in the step (S270) is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to the first winning prize amounting to the selling price of the product or more (step S280). Each of clients who do not win is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to a predetermined percentage of the first winning prize (step S290).
In case where the target number of purchasers is not reached in the step (S250), it is judged if the sales period has been finished or not (step S255). When the sales period has been finished, the clients decide the lot drawing method/lot drawing time according to their self-regulating agreement (step S365) and inform the operator 110 of the product server 100 of the decided result. In this manner, the clients themselves determine a method of selecting the winner. In this case, when the clients do not come to an agreement within a predetermined period of time, lot drawing is carried out according to a predetermined method stored in the lot database of the product server 100 to select the winner (step S275).
The winner selected in the step (S275) is provided with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the selling price of the product or more, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who bought the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers, in cash, cyber money or premium (step S285). In addition, each of clients who do not win in lottery is provided with a portion of a predetermined percentage of the first wining prize, which corresponds to the rate of the number of clients who bought the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers, in cash, cyber money or premium (step S295). Industrial applicability
According to the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system of the present invention, in on-line electronic commerce using the Internet, a product is sold at its market price in a predetermined unit, not being discounted, and discount factors, caused by a reduction in distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group buying and blanket purchase, are returned to clients who purchased the product in such a manner that a winner is selected by lottery from the clients and provided with an amount of money corresponding to the purchasing price of the product or more or a portion of the amount of money in proportion to the number of clients who bought the product. Accordingly, the present invention can increase the number of Internet shoppers. Furthermore, according to the lot-drawing fortunate purchasing method and system, locations of products displayed to clients are automatically varied in real time by the automatic analysis function of the database based on statistics of the number of times of clicking by clients, purchase and the like. Thus, response to products can be easily grasped and employed as useful information for clients producing products and clients purchasing the products. According to another lot-drawing fortunate group purchasing method and system of the invention, the same product is sold in various selling units to satisfy customer's manifold interests. In addition, a client who bought one kind of product may have good fortune of receiving an amount of money tens to hundreds times the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium. According to another lot-drawing fortunate group purchasing method and system of the invention, in on-line electronic commerce using the Internet, a manufacturer client can request the product server to register his product or personally register it in the product server and a client can connect with the product server to purchase the product. Thus, the manufacturer client can construct a sales network through which he can stably sell his product and the purchaser client can buy the product at a reduced price because he is provided with an amount of money corresponding to the purchasing price of the product or more or at least predetermined percentage of the purchasing price.
According to another lot-drawing fortunate group purchasing method and system of the present invention, a client connects with the product server to search for a product with prize-winning probability, the target number of purchasers and sales period indicated and purchases the product. The client is provided with a fortune number when he pays for the product. When the target number of products are sold, a winning number is drawn among fortune numbers within a designated period and the winner is provided with an amount of money corresponding to the purchasing price of the product or more or a portion of the amount of money in proportion to the number of clients who bought the product. In this manner, the present invention maximizes client attraction effect. Furthermore, the present invention returns discount factors caused by a reduction in distribution margin and distribution costs to clients. The system of the invention displays product information, prize- winning probabilities, sales period, the number of products sold and the like on a search screen to increase the number of customers. The lot-drawing fortunate purchasing system of the invention can return 100% or more of the distribution margin of the product to the client who bought it by lottery. This attracts customers to result in creation of a new profit model such as advertisement.
According to another lot-drawing fortunate group purchasing method and system of the invention, a manufacturer client can produce a product without sacrificing its margin, and a purchase client can buy the goods at a reduced price and purchase other products with an amount of money saved by discount. This promotes consumption, prevents off-line and on-line commercial transactions from colliding each other, and establish distribution order.
According to another lot-drawing fortunate group purchasing method and system of the invention, the manufacturer client can stably sell a product at a stabilized price and medium and small enterprises possessing excellent technology can be provided with effective sales routes.
Although specific embodiments including the preferred embodiment have been illustrated and described, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which is intended to be limited solely by the appended claims.

Claims

What Is Claimed Is:
1. A lot-drawing purchasing system, comprising: a plurality of clients who want to purchase products; and a product server that determines sales periods of various products, sells a product in a predetermined selling unit to the clients, provides product information and prize- winning probability with respect to the product to clients who purchase the product, chooses a winner from the clients by lot when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and provides the winner with a first winning prize amounting to a purchasing price of the product or more, the product server offering the first winning prize in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto.
2. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 1, comprising: a plurality of clients who want to purchase products; and a product server that determines sales periods of various products, sells a product in a predetermined selling unit to the clients, and provides product information and prize- winning probability with respect to the product to clients who purchase the product, the product server choosing a winner by lot at the point of time when the sales period of the product is finished when a sales target of the product has not been accomplished, the product server providing the winner with a portion of a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more, the portion of the first wining prize corresponding to the rate of the number of clients who purchased the product to the target number of purchasers, the product server offering the portion of the first winning prize in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto.
3. A lot-drawing purchasing system, comprising: a plurality of clients who want to buy products; and a product server that decides sales periods of various products, sells a product in a predetermined selling unit, and provides lot-drawing fortunate purchase probability together with product information to the clients, wherein, when the clients connect with the product server to purchase a product, each of the clients is provided with or personally selects a fortune number, a winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product by lot when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and the winner is provided with cash, cyber money or premium corresponding to a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more, 100% or more of discount factors, caused by a reduction in distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group purchase and blanket purchase of the product, being returned to the clients who purchased the product.
4. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 3, comprising: a plurality of clients who want to buy products; and a product server that decides sales periods of various products, sells a product in a predetermined selling unit, and provides lot-drawing fortunate purchase probability together with product information to the clients, wherein, when the clients connect with the product server to purchase a product, each of the clients is provided with or personally selects a fortune number, a winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product by lot when the sales period of the product is finished even if a sales target of the product has not been accomplished, and the winner is provided with a portion of a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in case where the winner is chosen from the client who purchased the product during its sales period, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of clients who purchased the product during its sales period to the target number of purchasers, the portion of the first winning prize being provided to the winner in cash, cyber money or premium, 100% or more of discount factors, caused by a reduction in distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group purchase and blanket purchase of the product, being returned to the clients who purchased the product.
5. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the product server has a plurality of databases including a membership information database for managing information about registered members, a product information database storing prices and detailed information of products, a database for selecting a selling unit of a product, prize- winning probability and a fortune number corresponding to the prizing-winning probability, and a lot database storing various lottery games and puzzle quiz methods.
6. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fortune number selection database draws a fortune number according to a selling unit of a product.
7. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fortune number selected by the fortune number selection database is prevented from being selected again by using DB locking technique so that only the first client to choose the fortune number can have the right to have it.
8. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein even clients who do not win in lottery are provided with a predetermined percentage of the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto.
9. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fortunate purchase probability provided when the product is purchased is calculated on the basis of all discount factors caused by a reduction of distribution procedure, OEM purchase, preemptive purchase, group purchase and blanket purchase of the product.
10. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a product registered in the product server is sold in various selling units.
11. The log-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 10, wherein, in case where the product is sold in various selling units, the first winning prize increases in proportion to a multiple of a basic selling unit.
12. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the product server provides products, classifying them into hot items, drawing- impending items, hit items and so on, to the clients to allow the clients to be able to easily perform product search.
13. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the product stored in the product server changes its location in real time based on the number of times of clicking it by clients.
14. The lot-drawing purchasing system as claimed in claim 13, wherein the locations of hot items among the products stored in the product server are gradually moved from the back of a screen to the front of the screen.
15. A lot-drawing purchasing method, which decides sales periods of various products, provides information about a product with prize-winning probability and present purchase situation indicated to a plurality of clients, the product being sold to the clients in a predetermined selling unit, chooses a winner from clients who purchased the product by lot when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and provides the winner with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium corresponding thereto, the method comprising: a step in which a client connects with a product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client who purchased the product is provided with or personally selects a fortune number; a step in which product sale is completed when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished and one or more winners are decided by lottery; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number in the lottery.
16. The lot-drawing purchasing method as claimed in claim 15, which decides a winner by lottery when the sales period is finished even when the sales target has not been accomplished and, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers, the method comprising: a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided when the sales period is finished in case where the sales target has not been accomplished; and a step in which, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner is provided with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
17. A lot-drawing purchasing method, which decides a sales period of a product, provides information about the product with prize-winning probability and present purchase situation indicated to a plurality of clients, the product being sold in various selling units, chooses a winner from clients who purchased the product by lottery when a sales target of the product has been accomplished, and provides the. winner with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium, the method comprising: a step in which a client connects with a product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client selects one of the various selling units after purchasing the product; a step in which fortune numbers corresponding to the selected selling unit are displayed and the client personally selects a fortune number; a step in which product sale is completed when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished and one or more winners are decided by lottery; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number in the lottery.
18. The lot-drawing purchasing method as claimed in claim 17, which decides a winner by lottery when the sales period is finished even when the sales target has not been accomplished and, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers, the method comprising: a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided when the sales period is finished in case where the sales target has not been accomplished; and a step in which, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the winner is provided with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
19. The lot-drawing purchasing method as claimed in one of claims 15 to 18, wherein, in case where the same product is sold in various selling units, the first winning prize increases in proportion to a multiple of a basic selling unit.
20. The lot-drawing purchasing method as claimed in one of claims 15 to 18, further comprising a step in which a client who does not draw a winning number is provided with a predetermined percentage of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium.
21. A lot-drawing group purchasing system based on B-to-B commerce, comprising: a manufacturer client who wants to sell products; a plurality of clients who want to purchase products; a product server that registers and sells a product in a predetermined selling unit, sales period of the product being decided by the manufacturer clients or the product server's operator, provides the clients with information about the product with fortunate purchase winning probability indicated, chooses a winner by lottery when a predetermined sales target is accomplished, and offers the winner with a first wining prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium; and the product server's operator that permits the manufacturer client to sell products on the product server based on B-to-B commerce between the operator and the manufacturer client.
22. The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 21 , wherein the product server decides a winner by lottery when the sales period is finished even when the sales target is not accomplished and, when the winner is chosen from the clients who purchased the product during the sales period, provides the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers,

The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 21 or 22, wherein the product server has a plurality of databases including a membership information database for managing information about registered members, a product information database storing prices and detailed information of products, a database for selecting a selling unit of a product, prize winning probability and a fortune number corresponding to the prizing winning probability, and a lot database storing various lottery games and puzzle quiz methods.
24. The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 21 or 22, wherein the fortune number selection database draws a fortune number according to a selling unit of a product.
25. The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 23, wherein the fortune number selected by the fortune number selection database is prevented from being selected again by using DB locking technique so that only the first client to choose the fortune number can have the right to have it.
26. The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 21 or 22, wherein the B-to-B commerce between the product server's operator and the manufacturer client is made in such a manner that the manufacturer client requests a membership of the product server, the manufacturer client registered in the product server as a member thereof requests the product server to sell its product, and the manufacturer client or the product server's operator registers an approved quantity of products in a predetermined unit in the product server with the approval of the product server's operator.
27. The lot-drawing group purchasing system as claimed in claim 21 or 22, wherein the product stored in the product server changes its location in real time based on the number of times of clicking it by the clients.
28. A lot-drawing group purchasing method based on B-to-B commerce, comprising: a step in which a manufacturer client registers a product he wants to sell in a product server; a step in which a client connects with the product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client who purchased the product is provided with a fortune number; a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided by lottery when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number.
29. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 28, further comprising: a step of completing product sale and deciding one or more winners by lottery when a sales period of the product is finished in case where the predetermined sales target has not been accomplished; and a step of providing the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the winner is chosen from clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
30. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 28 or 29, wherein the step in which the manufacturer client sells his product through the product server comprises: a step in which the manufacturer client provides his product and business information to the product server's operator to request the membership of the product server; a step of examining the product and business information to approve the membership; a step the manufacturer client requests the product server to sell his product when he is registered in the product server as a member thereof; and a step of approving the manufacturer client's request and registering the product in the product server.
31. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 28 or 29, wherein the step of registering the product in the product server is carried out by the product server's operator.
32. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 28 or 29, wherein the step of registering the product in the product server is carried out by the manufacturer client with the approval of the product server's operator.
33. A lot-drawing group purchasing method based on B-to-B commerce, comprising: a step in which a manufacturer client registers a product he wants to sell in a product server; a step in which a client connects with the product server; a step in which the client purchases a product provided by the product server; a step in which the client who purchased the product selects a fortune number presented by the product server; a step in which product sale is completed and one or more winners are decided by lottery when a predetermined sales target has been accomplished; and a step in which the client is provided with a first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the client draws a winning number.
34. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 33, further comprising: a step of completing product sale and deciding one or more winners by lottery when a sales period of the product is finished in case where the predetermined sales target has not been accomplished; and a step of providing the winner with a portion of the first winning prize amounting to the purchasing price of the product or more in cash, cyber money or premium when the winner is chosen from clients who purchased the product during the sales period, the portion of the first winning prize corresponding to the rate of the number of the clients who purchased the product during the sales period to the target number of purchasers.
35. The lot-drawing group purchasing method as claimed in claim 33 or 34, wherein a client who does not draw a winning number is provided with a predetermined percentage of the purchasing price of the product in cash, cyber money or premium.
