本发明的基材不易折断, 强度高, 挺度好, 能有效均匀吸收药液并在 阴燃时能有效挥发药液, 制成蚊香形式多种多样, 色彩可随心所欲, 给人 一种新颖和上档次的感觉, 驱蚊效果显著提高。 采用本发明技术生产蚊香 基材具有下述具体优点:
1、 采用工业化造纸抄造工艺抄制而成, 生产过程自动化程度高, 生产 能力大, 生产柔性化程度高, 单机生产能力从年产十几万箱到几佰万箱, 容易规模化生产, 整个生产过程无污染, 做到清洁化生产。
2、 生产的原材料是由长、 短天然纤维交织而成, 故此, 制得的蚊香干 净、 卫生、 强度高、 耐折度好、 有利于装卸运输与用户使用, 产品合格率 高, 易点燃。
3、 纸质蚊香, 可根据不同的要求, 不同的环境, 对制板原料进行适当 的调配, 可制得不同颜色, 不同耐候性, 抗霉性, 不同燃烧时间的产品。 4、 由于纸质蚊香基材, 基本是用造纸法制得, 除了具有蚊香应有的特 性外, 如形状的可变性、 可印刷性等, 因而可制成形状各异, 具有不同花 纹、 图案、 文字的蚊香, 打破了以往传统蚊香呆板统一、 缺乏人情味的面 孔。 本发明技术方案的详细说明
