Abstract

Dispositif d'actionnement d'une partie mobile d'une structure intégrée, en particulier munie de moyens de guidage optique, comprenant deux espaces disposés successivement selon la direction du déplacement de ladite partie mobile et délimités par des faces de la partie mobile et de la partie fixe de ladite structure, les faces délimitant chaque espace appartenant l'une à la partie fixe et l'autre à la partie mobile de la structure et lesdites faces comprenant une matière conductrice de l'électricité de façon à constituer, dans chaque espace, des paires d'électrodes, et comprenant un dispositif de commande adapté pour sélectivement relier les électrodes de l'une (22, 23) desdites paires d'électrodes (22, 23; 24, 25) aux pôles d'une source d'énergie électrique et relier entre elles électriquement les électrodes de l'autre paire d'électrodes (24, 25).
