Abstract

L'invention relève de l'agriculture et notamment des procédés et dispositifs destinés à la culture des plantes sarclées pendant la prélevée et la postlevée. L'invention vise à augmenter le rendement grâce à un meilleur travail du sol et un accroissement du volume des lits de semences. Le procédé de culture intercalaire consiste en ce qui suit: former préalablement des billons étroits; y planter des semences; et entretenir les semis par le travail du sol entre les bandes au moyen d'un cultivateur dont les organes de travail sont munis de fraises frontales (2) et horizontales (4) à basse vitesse. La nouveauté de l'invention consiste en ce que pendant l'entretien des semis on augmente graduellement la hauteur des lits de semences ainsi que leur largeur tout en assurant un angle d'inclinaison des côtés latéraux de chaque lit de semences compris entre 10° et 89° par rapport à son axe vertical, et ce au moyen du réglage de l'angle d'attaque β et de la hauteur de levée des fraises frontales (2) à basse vitesse du cultivateur. En outre, avant les semailles, immédiatement après la formation des billons, on forme à partir de ces billons des lits de semences en appliquant à la partie supérieure des billons les fraises horizontales (4) à basse vitesse du cultivateur et en créant ainsi une couche de semis profonde de 0,005-0,5 m. Le dispositif de culture de plantes intercalaires est constitué d'un cultivateur entraîné par une source d'énergie mobile. Le cultivateur est constitué à son tour de plusieurs sections avant dont chacune est constituée d'un formateur de fentes (10) et de fraises frontales (2) droite (11) et gauche (12), disposées derrière ledit formateur de fentes et munies d'éléments sous-soleurs. A l'arrière des sections avant (7) on peut disposer une ou plusieurs fraises horizontales (4) se présentant comme un tambour avec des nervures (17) comportant des éléments sous-soleurs (18) montés sur ces nervures. Dans un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif, la nouveauté consiste en ce que l'extrémité de l'élément sous-soleur (14) est éloignée du plan vertical à une distance égale ou supérieure à celle la séparant de sa base. Dans un deuxième mode de réalisation du dispositif, la section avant (7) comporte une unité de réglage permettant de régler l'angle d'attaque β et de la hauteur de levée des fraises frontales (2) à basse vitesse.
