Abstract

La présente invention concerne un manchon amélioré en acier trempé à segments multiples résistant à l'usure destiné à la partie bague d'étanchéité d'un arbre de tourillon de broyeur Raymond et de broyeurs de type similaire et à la partie bague/garniture d'étanchéité d'arbres similaires, la pluralité de segments dudit manchon étant usinés avec une surface extérieure dure et lisse résistante à l'usure, et étant en outre pourvus d'un mécanisme qui permet de monter le manchon fixe sur l'arbre précité grâce à des fixations tels que des vis, le manchon à segments multiples étant monté sur des encoches préparées de façon adéquate, comportant une zone d'assise circulaire ou polygonale correspondante et pouvant être utilisé deux fois grâce aux caractéristiques nouvelles de sa conception qui incluent des positions de placement et une largeur augmentée du manchon.
