Abstract

Consiste en una pieza de forma cilíndrica (1) de tres tramos diferenciados, con hueco coaxial longitudinal interno, roscado en el tramo inferior y disponiendo en los otros dos tramos de 4 ranuras longitudinales uniformemente separadas, que atraviesan completamente la pared cilíndrica. En cada ranura se sitúa una pieza (2), con perfil en I de alas curvas y de diferentes tamaños, cuya alma dispone en su tramo inferior de un pequeño bisel. El tramo superior de la pieza cilíndrica (1) dispone de rosca en su exterior para enroscar una tapa en forma de bellota (3). Un tornillo cilíndrico macizo roscado (4), con hexágono interior en cabeza y punta rebajada, según avanza por el interior de (1), expande radialmente las piezas (2) y aprisiona y fija la plastia contra la pared ósea sin dañar a aquella.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADAS[recibidas por la oficina Internacional el 6 de Agosto de 2002 (06.08.02); reivindicaciones originales 1-5 reemplazadas por las reivindicaciones 1-5 modificadas (2 páginas)]
1. Mecanismo de expansión radial para la fijación ósea de plastias de ligamentos cruzados de la rodilla o fijación intraósea de tendones, caracterizado por una pieza principal de forma cilindrica en tres tramos diferenciados por la forma, tamaño y misión de los mismos y hueco cilindrico con diferentes diámetros, centrado a lo largo de la longitud de la pieza principal que comunica con el exterior, en la mayor parte del mecanismo, mediante ranuras longitudinales uniformemente distribuidas y que dispone de rosca en la parte inferior para atornillar un tornillo .
2. Mecanismo de expansión radial para la fijación ósea de plastias de ligamentos cruzados de la rodilla o fijación intraósea de tendones, según reivindicación anterior 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que el extremo superior de la pieza principal cilindrica se encuentra roscado exteriormente con la finalidad de poder enroscar una tapa y que en el extremo inferior dispone de muescas para acoplamiento con la herramienta de montaje.

Mecanismo de expansión radial para la fijación ósea de plastias de ligamentos cruzados de la rodilla o fijación intraósea de tendones, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado por piezas expansoras que tienen un perfil en I, pero con las alas curvas y de diferente longitud y el alma con un pequeño bisel en un extremo.

Mecanismo de expansión radial para la fijación ósea de plastias de ligamentos cruzados de la rodilla o fijación intraósea de tendones, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado por un tornillo cilindrico macizo con hexágono interior en la cabeza y la mayor parte de su vastago roscado con excepción de su extremo que está constituido por una parte cilindrica y otra cónica con punta roma.
5. Mecanismo de expansión radial para la fijación ósea de plastias de ligamentos cruzados de la rodilla o fijación intraósea de tendones, según reivindicaciones 11
anteriores, caracterizado por una tapa en forma de bellota con rosca en su interior para atornillar en el tramo superior del cuerpo principal y que dispone de un pequeño hueco troncocónico centrado en el fondo y una perforación transversal en la punta.
