Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Farbprüfungen an Vorlagen, wobei unter Verwendung eines Bildverarbeitungssystems mittels geeigneter Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmen farblich zusammengehörige Bildbereiche separiert und getrennt voneinander gemessen und mit Referenzvorlagen verglichen werden, wodurch reproduzierbare Messergebnisse erzielt werden, die denjenigen einer visuellen Farbprüfung gleichen, diesen zumindest aber so nahe kommen, dass ihre Abweichungen zu verobjektivierten, tatsächlich visuell ermittelten Prüfungsergebnissen innerhalb der für diese zulässigen Toleranzgrenzen liegen.
