Abstract

Selon l'invention, une pellicule thermoplastique (TF) très transparente est appliquée entre le poinçon d'estampage chauffé (PS) et l'outil d'estampage (PW) d'un dispositif d'estampage à chaud pourvu de rainures de guides d'ondes (WG), puis ladite pellicule est comprimée dans les rainures de guides d'ondes (WG) de manière qu'une couche restante (RS) soit conservée entre le poinçon d'estampage (PS) et l'outil d'estampage (PW). Après enlèvement de la couche restante (RS) et polissage des guides d'ondes (WL) par chauffage, une pellicule substrat est laminée sur les guides d'ondes (WL). Après démoulage, une gaine est appliquée sur les guides d'ondes (WL). Les guides d'ondes (WL) ainsi fabriqués présentent un amortissement optique très faible.
