Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System für die Ausübung alpiner Wintersportarten, insbesondere alpinen Skilaufens, Schneebrettfahren oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Ski oder Schneebrett, einer auf dem Ski oder Schneebrett montierten Bindung und in der Bindung befestigbaren Schuhen, die einen Sohlenbereich und einen Schaftbereich aufweisen. Um ein gattungsgemässes System zu schaffen, welches die voranstehend beschriebenen Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermeidet und insbesondere den erforderlichen Komfortaspekten bei der Handhabung des Systems und der einzelnen Komponenten gerecht wird, dass im Sohlenbereich des Schuhs (3) ein flexibles Element (7) angeordnet ist, welches ein übliches Abrollen eines im Schuh (3) angeordneten Fusses erlaubt und welches bei Verbindung des Schuhs (3) mit der Bindung (2) versteiffbar ist, und dass die Bindung (2) in einfacher Weise auf dem Ski (1) oder Schneebrett lösbar montier- und fixierbar ist, so dass Bindung (2) und Schuh (3) eine modulare, voneinander trennbare Einheit bilden, die auf unterschiedlichen Skiern (1) und/oder Schneebrettern verwendbar ist.
