Abstract

Es wird ein Aufnahmeelement zum Aufnehmen und insbesondere auch Auffangen eines mit einem Mikroskop (13) zu betrachtenden mikroskopisch kleinen biologischen oder nichtbiologischen Objekts (20), welches insbesondere mittels Laserbestrahlung aus einer umgebenden Masse herausgelöst und zu dem Aufnahme-element (1) hin katapultiert worden ist, vorgeschlagen, wobei gemäβ einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel das Aufnahmeelement (1) zumindest im Bereich einer Aufnahmefläche (3), welche zum Aufnehmen des jeweiligen Objekts (20) dient, ein lichtdurchlässiges Material mit lichtstreuender Wirkung, beispielsweise ein lichtdurchlässiges Material mit einer milchigen Erscheinung, aufweist, um bei Betrachtung des auf der Aufnahmefläche (3) befindlichen heraukatapultierten Objekts (20) oder eines auf einem Objektträger (14) befindlichen Objekts mit dem Mikroskop (13) eine bessere Abzeichnung der einzelnen Strukturen des Objekts (20) zu erzielen. Gemäβ einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel wird vorgeschlagen, den von der Aufnahmefläche (3) hervorstehenden Rand (4), welcher bei Anordnung des Aufnahmeelements (1) an dem jeweiligen Mikroskop (13) zu der Objektivlinse (12) bzw. Dem Objektträger (14) des Mikroskops (13) hin ausgerichtet ist, mit einer Höhe auszugestalten, welche kleiner als 2 mm, insbesondere kleiner als 1,5 mm ist und vorzugsweise in etwa 1 mm beträgt, um eine möglichst nahe Annäherung des auf der Aufnahmefläche (3) befindlichen Objekts (20) an die Objektivlinse (12) bzw. an den Objektträger (14) des Mikroskops (13) zu ermöglichen. Das Aufnahmeelement (1) ist vorzugsweise in Form einer Abdeckkappe für einen Mikrozentrifugenbehälter ausgestaltet.
