Abstract

Un agencement de synthétiseur de signal comprend un générateur de signal sous forme d'oscillateur à tension variable (10) qui génère un signal source de haute fréquence sous la commande d'une unité (16) de commande. Cette unité (16) de commande de synthétiseur commande l'oscillateur (10) de façon à produire un signal de sortie d'une fréquence donnée. Ce signal de sortie de fréquence F1 provenant de l'oscillateur (10) est fourni à un mélangeur (12) de signaux. Il est aussi entré dans un diviseur (15) de fréquence, qui le divise par une valeur N1 de façon à produire un signal F2 à fréquence décalée qui est également fourni au mélangeur (12). Ce mélangeur (12) combine ces signaux et fournit le signal combiné à un filtre (11) passe bande qui filtre ce signal combiné de façon à sélectionner et fournir un des signaux de «bande latérale» produits par le mélangeur, à savoir F1 + F2, ou F1 - F2, comme signal de sortie F3, tout en supprimant l'autre signal de bande latérale non retenu. Ce signal de sortie F3 en provenance du filtre (11) est à nouveau divisé en fréquence par une seconde valeur N2 dans un autre diviseur (17) de fréquence de façon à produire en sortie un signal de fréquence F qui peut être utilisé comme signal de fréquence de porteuse pour un émetteur radio.
