Abstract

Cette invention concerne le domaine de l'industrie automobile, et notamment un corps de crampon de pneu conçu de façon à avoir une meilleure adhérence sur la route. Dans une première variante, le corps se présente sous forme d'un manchon creux à paroi mince fabriqué dans une feuille métallique par emboutissage profond. Une pièce rapportée résistant à l'usure est ménagée et fixée directement sur la surface interne ou externe du manchon. Ce manchon est pourvu sur son autre extrémité d'une paroi qui est emboutie dans le sens radial, à l'écart de l'axe du manchon, formant un rebord annulaire. Une partie périphérique du rebord est déviée de l'axe du manchon de sorte que la surface externe de sa zone de flexion présente au moins une courbure. Dans une seconde variante, le corps se présente sous la forme d'un cylindre à paroi mince et à fond fermé qui est pourvu d'une nervure de renforcement externe ménagée dans la zone de transition allant de la paroi au fond, cette nervure formant le rebord du corps.
