Abstract

L'invention concerne un moule (20) pour la formation de plaque de verre. Ce moule comprend un cadre (32) qui soutient un anneau de moulage périphérique (34) à forme profilée (38) présentant une surface profilée (40), pour la réalisation de plaque de verre thermoformée. A l'intérieur d'une ligne de modelage du verre (42) sur la surface profilée de l'anneau de moulage (40), une partie en relief (44) est espacée de la forme modelée de la plaque de verre thermoformée. A l'extérieur de la ligne en question (42), la surface profilée de l'anneau de moulage (40) comporte au moins une partie supérieure plate (48) permettant un contact initial avec la plaque de verre thermoformée avant l'opération de formation.
