Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Pulsdauer und/oder der Pulsenergie eines Laserpulses bei einem passiv gütegeschalteten Laser bzw. im kontinuierlichen Betrieb der Repetitionsrate der Einzelpulse des Lasers, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuerung zur mechanischen Verstellung der Güteschalteranordnung und eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Pulsdauer und/oder der Pulsenergie eines Laserpulses bei einem passiv gütegeschalteten Laser mit fiberoptischer Resonatorverlängerung bzw. im kontinuierlichen Betrieb der Repetitionsrate der Einzelpulse des Lasers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung durch mechanische Verstellung der Resonatoranordnung erzielt wird. Damit werden Laser zur Verfügung gestellt, deren zeitliche Leistungsabgabe variabel ist.
