Abstract
Das Verfahren (ELA) basiert auf dem Lyse-Detektions-Prinzip, führt aber eine hocheffiziente Parallelverarbeitung der zu testenden Substanz (TS, AP) in νl-kleinen Einzelvolumina unterschiedlicher Ausbildungsformen (CV, SV) ein, die matrizenförmig (MPC, MPV) angeordnet sein können. Dadurch ergibt sich ein hoher Probendurchsatz verbunden mit einer entsprechend hohen Verfahrensökonomie und -sicherheit. In Ausführungsformen arbeitet das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren bei einer Absorptionswellenlänge von 414 nm, wodurch eine gegenüber bekannten Verfahren um ca. das Zehnfache gesteigerte Empfindlichkeit erreicht wird. Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren lässt sich einfach automatisieren und damit kommerziell in Anwendungen sowohl als Test-, als Frühwarn- oder auch als Screeningsystem umsetzen.
