Abstract

Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Klassifizierung und Identifizierung durch energiedispersive Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse von chemischen Substanzen, deren Röntgenfluoreszenzlinien nicht detektiert werden können und die somit nicht durch energiedispersive Röntgenfluoreszenzanalyse (EDRFA) allein klassifizierbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu analysierende Probe in ihrer ursprünglichen Verpackung oder als solche ohne vorherige Aufbereitung in einem Probengefäss a) in einer Röntgenfluoreszenzanlage vor der Messöffnung in einer Probenkammer positioniert wird, b) dann vermessen wird und c) durch Anwendung von multivariaten, statistischen Verfahren auf die erhaltenen Mess-Signale, d.h. auf den Compton- und Rayleigh-Streubereich, klassifiziert und identifiziert wird.
