目前市场上出售的旋流式燃气灶燃烧器的旋流环, 其上的旋流缝隙孔是在锥面 盖壁上开有缝隙, 由于缝隙加工时其两端是直边形或尖角形, 对燃气流动阻力大, 燃烧火焰常发生粘住缝隙缝燃烧, 旋流效果较差, 燃烧废气中一氧化碳含量虽然符 合国家标准, 但仍未达更低的指标, 中国专利申请号 86207821. 0缝隙孔旋流燃烧器 中的出气环亦存在上述不足之处。 申请号 97238801. X燃气炉灶燃烧器的旋流环虽然 作了改进, 有了较大降低废气中一氧化碳含量的效果, 但仍有进一步改进提高功效 的可能性。 '
由此可见, 上述现有的热交换器仍存在有诸多的缺陷, 而丞待加以改进。
本发明内容
有鉴于上述现有的旋流环存在的缺陷, 本发明人基于丰富的实务经验及专业知 识,.积极加以研究创新, 经过不断的研究、 设计, 并经反复试作样品及改进后, 终 于创设出本发明。
本发明的主要 II的在于, 克服现有的旋流环存在的缺陷, 而提供一种新型结构 的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖,使其燃气旋流效果更好、 燃烧使用时散热损失小、 燃 烧效率更高、 更美观的旋流火盖。
本发明的目的是由以下的技术方案来实现的。 依据本发明提出的一种燃气灶燃 烧器用的旋流火盖, 旋流火盖中部有空孔, 旋流火盖上均布有长条状旋流缝隙缝, 缝隙缝对盖面是倾斜的, 其中旋流火盖包括盖环、 斜锥盖和支撑环, 盖环、 斜锥盖 和支撑环连续连接成整体结构, 长条状旋流缝隙缝成环状圆均布在凸起的薄壁的斜 锥盖上, 缝隙缝沿斜锥盖的盖面宽度开缝, 缝隙缝的缝隙长度方向的两端为敞口, 所述的斜锥盖上端盖壁连接盖环, 下端盖壁连接支撑环, 盖环和支撑环支撑斜锥盖 呈凸起斜盖。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。 前述的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其中缝隙缝对盖面倾斜的倾斜角 α 是 55° 至 65° 角。
前述的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其中斜锥盖锥角 β是 90° 至 120° 角。 前述的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其中缝隙缝的最优 α 角是 60° , 斜锥盖 最优锥角 β 角是 120° 。
前述的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其中缝隙缝的缝宽 b为 0. 5至 1. 1毫米。 前述的燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其中使用不同燃气时缝隙缝宽度 b较优值 是 0. 6、 0. 7或 1. 0毫米。

本发明最佳实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的燃气炉灶燃烧器的旋流火盖, 其具体结构、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
本实施例选用下列较优参数值, 缝隙缝 5对所在盖面处的切向平面 (假设设定平 面)倾斜的倾斜角 α为 60° 角, 斜锥盖 1 的锥角为 120° 角。 当燃气种类不同, 如 用液化气、 煤气、 天然气、 沼气, 由于发热值不同可最好选用缝隙宽度 b 值为 0. 6 或 0. 7或 1. 0毫米。
旋流火盖是个由盖环 2、 斜锥盖 1和支撑环 3连续连接成一体的整件产品。 斜 锥盖 1是一个凸起的斜盖, 上端连接盖环 2,下端连接支撑环 3。 盖环 2呈弯钩圓环, 其上端平面圆环连接凸起的斜锥盖 1 , 外侧下圆环使用时套放在火头 (又称燃烧器 的燃烧体)外侧壁。 支撑环 3是一个竖立的圓环, 上端面与斜锥盖 1 连接区呈弯钩 形, 使用时竖立的圆环放置在火头的内孔下面的孔壁台阶上。 在斜锥盖 1 的凸起斜 盖上成环状均勾分布有长条状旋流缝隙缝 5 , 缝隙缝 5沿斜锥盖 1的盖面是倾斜的, 本实施例的缝隙缝有 21条。 旋流火盖使用铜材料制成, 旋流火盖壁厚为 2毫米。 本 旋流火盖装在火头上使用时, 热效率达 63%, 燃烧尾气中一氧化碳含量在 <0. 025¾, 大大优于国家标准。 旋流火盖中部的空孔 4是为燃烧时补充进入二次空气的通孔。 原来的缝隙孔旋流燃烧器, 其缝隙缝开在圆锥盖面上, 缝隙的长度方向两端是 闭口的, 与圆锥盖面相连, 燃气流通过缝隙时, 缝隙闭口的端头会产生阻力, 在此 两端燃 '气流动不太畅通, 使燃气燃烧完全受影响, 导致燃烧废气中一氧化碳含量较 高'。 虽然在国家标准规定范围以内, 但仍存在进一步降低的可能。 此外, 燃烧时火 焰往往在缝隙两端头挂留, 也会发生火焰底部就粘在缝隙缝出口燃烧。 使旋流火盖 温度升高, 导致灶体温度升高, 热量散失损失较大。 为解决此两个影响进一步提高 燃烧状况的因素, 将缝隙缝 5的斜锥盖 1改进成凸起的斜盖, 缝隙缝 5的两端头为 敞口, 使燃气流过缝隙时两端头无'阻力, 燃气流动通畅, 燃气从缝隙顺势斜向流出, 产生旋流向上层状旋流燃气, 燃烧时层状旋流火焰旋流更好, 燃烧效果好, 燃烧层 状火焰下端完全脱离缝隙缝和火盖盖面, 燃烧时火焰不会有在缝隙两端挂留, 且从 凸起斜盖向上旋流, 火焰不与盖环 2和支撑环 3直接加热。 使火盖及灶体温升减少, 散热损失降低, 从而进一步提高热效率及降低燃气废气中一氧化碳含量。 又延长旋 流火盖寿命, 旋流火盖清洁、 光亮, 不产生烧黑状况, 是一种具有环保型特性的旋 流火盖。
工业应用性
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和积极效果。 由以上技术方案可知,本 发明燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 其结构简单, 容易制造, 使用可靠, 旋流效果更 好, 散热损失减少, 旋流火盖使用寿命长, 美观好用, 燃气燃烧后一氧化碳含量更 低。 适用作燃气灶燃烧器的旋流火盖。 是一种具有环保型特性的旋流火盖。
综上所述, 本发明可以将散热损失减少, 其结构简单, 容易制造, 使用可靠, 旋流效果好, 旋流火盖使用寿命长, 与现有的旋流火盖相比,不论在结构上或功能上 皆有较大的改进, 且在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果, 而确实具 有增进的功效,从而更加适于实用,诚为一新颖、 进步、 实用的新设计。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制, 凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1、 一种燃气灶燃烧器用的旋流火盖, 旋流火盖中部有空孔, 旋流火盖上均布 有长条状旋流缝隙缝, 缝隙缝对盖面是倾斜的, 其特征在于旋流火盖包括盖环(2)、 斜雄盖 ( 1 ) 和支撑环 ( 3 ), 盖环 ( 2 )、 斜锥盖 ( 1 )和支撑环( 3 ) 连续连接成整 体构成, 长条状旋流缝隙缝(5 ) 成环状圆均布在凸起的薄壁的斜锥盖(1 )上, 缝 隙缝(5 ) 沿斜锥盖(1 ) 的盖面宽度开缝, 缝隙缝(5 ) 的缝隙长度方向的两端为 敞口, 所述的斜锥盖 ( 1 )上端盖壁连接盖环 ( 2 ), 下端盖壁连接支撑环 ( 3 ), 盖 环(2)和支撑环 (3) 支撑斜锥盖呈凸起斜盖。
