Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Arrays immobilisierter Biomoleküle, die über Kopplungsgruppen, vorzugsweise Chinone, an eine kohlenstoffhaltige Trägeroberfläche gekoppelt sind. Die kohlenstoffhaltige Oberfläche enthält wenigstens ein Polymer auf Cycloolefin-Basis oder ist dadurch erhältlich, dass man eine Glas-, Metall- oder Keramikoberfläche mit einer wässrigen Lösung wenigstens einer hydrolysierbaren kohlenstoffhaltigen Verbindung behandelt und die Oberfläche thermisch behandelt. Vorzugsweise verwendet man Anthrachinone, Polycycloolefin-Oberflächen auf Norbornen-Basis bzw. in Anlehnung an die Sol-Gel-Technologie mit hydrophoben Resten silanisierte Oberflächen. Die Vorteile erfindungsgemässer Arrays lieben vor allem in der Qualität insbesondere in Bezug auf die Homogenität und Reproduzierbarkeit, mit der die Biomoleküle sind. Die Erfindung betrifft auch Verfahren zur Immobilisierung von Biomolekülen und die Verwendung der Arrays für diagnostische Zwecke.
