Abstract
The invention relates to a linear motor comprising two or more primary parts (100, 400) and a secondary part (300, 500) which is provided with a row of magnets (310, 510), whereby the primary parts (100, 400) are each displaceably arranged on the secondary part (300, 500). According to the invention, at least one first primary part (100) faces, with the active side, the poles of the magnets (310, 510) of the secondary part (300, 500), said poles being arranged on one side (311, 511) of the secondary part (300, 500), and at least one second primary part (400) faces, with the active side, the respective other poles of the magnets (310, 510) of the secondary part (300, 500).

Beschreibungdescription
Linearmotorlinear motor
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Linearmotor. The invention relates to a linear motor.
Conventional linear motors have a moving primary part and a stationary secondary part. The primary part can be provided with electromagnets and the secondary part can be equipped with permanent magnets. The poles of the permanent magnets of the secondary part are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the secondary part with alternating poles.
However, this structure of conventional linear motors requires a large number of permanent magnets in the secondary part. Permanent magnets are expensive and therefore contribute to a large part of the cost of such a linear motor. In addition, with such a linear motor, the permanent magnets can only make a contribution to the force development of the linear motor at those points where the primary part covers the secondary part in each case. An attempt was therefore made to arrange several primary parts on one secondary part. Improved utilization of the permanent magnets is possible here.
However, it is disadvantageous that the travel range of each individual primary part is severely restricted and depends on the position of the other primary parts on the secondary part.
It is an object of the invention to provide a linear motor in which improved utilization of the magnets of the secondary part is possible without restricting the travel of the primary parts.

The secondary part can also be formed from a composite material, a plastic or another suitable material, of which the magnets are at least partially enclosed. It is also possible to completely close the magnets. This enables a more stable construction of the secondary part.
In der Zeich- nung zeigen:The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing based on preferred embodiments. Show in the drawing:
Figur 1 einen schematischen Längsschnitt eines Linearmotors nach dem Stand der Technik,FIG. 1 shows a schematic longitudinal section of a linear motor according to the prior art,
Figur 2 einen schematischen Längsschnitt eines Linearmotors nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung, Figur 3 einen schematischen Querschnitt eines Linearmotors nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung und Figur 4 eine schematische perspektivische Ansicht eines Linearmotors nach einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung.2 shows a schematic longitudinal section of a linear motor according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, FIG. 3 shows a schematic cross section of a linear motor according to a preferred embodiment of the invention and FIG. 4 shows a schematic perspective view of a linear motor according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention.
A conventional linear motor can be seen from FIG. This has a primary part 100 with a plurality of magnets 120. In addition, it has a secondary part 200 with a plurality of permanent magnets 210. The primary part is displaceable relative to the secondary part in the longitudinal direction of the secondary part. The electromagnets of the primary part 120 can be energized selectively, so that the primary part can be moved relative to the secondary part 200. In this conventional linear motor, however, a large part of the permanent magnets 210 of the secondary part 200 remains unused at any time of operation.
