Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Ionenleiterphase, vorzugsweise vom β oder β'-Aluminumoxid-Typ, beinhaltend die Stufen: Mischen zu einer Ausgangskomponentenmischung von gegebenenfalls eines Phasenstabilisators, einer im Überschuss zu den anderen Ausgangskomponenten vorliegenden Matrixkomponente, einer Leitungsionenkomponente, als Ausgangskomponenten, mittels eines Dispergiermittels, zu einer Dispersion, Granulieren der Dispersion, Formgeben, Sintern dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Granulieren in einem Wirbelschichttrockner erfolgt, diese Ionenleiterphase, Sensoren mit dieser Ionenleiterphase, eine diese tragende Messeinheit sowie die Herstellung von veredeltem Metall und die Verwendung von Ionenleiterphase, Sensor und Messeinheit.
