Abstract

L'invention relève du laminage de flans sous forme intégrée qui est suivi de séparation. Un flan chauffé est préalablement laminé dans des cannelures en boîte, en losange et diagonale; après la cannelure en boîte, le flan est laminé dans une cannelure façonnée fendue puis dans une cannelure en losange et une autre cannelure en carré diagonal, ces cannelures se présentant comme des cylindres dégrossisseurs avec un élément de jonction. La séparation des carrés diagonaux doubles se fait dans une cannelure fendue au moyen des encoches de peignes de forme ronde qui ont un rayon R=(0,3-0,45)a, où 'a' correspond à un côté de la cannelure carrée. L'invention permet d'améliorer la qualité du laminage grâce à la prévention de l'enroulement des cannelures et à la correction des défauts de la macrostructure du lingot, au moyen du compactage de la porosité axiale, et l'augmentation de la productivité du laminoir.
