Claims

17 請求の範囲
1 . パケッ 卜方式によるシリアル双方向通信が可能であり且つ機器を複数台接続 可能なバス上に接続された接続制御装置であって、
前記バスに接続された機器の論理的接続状況を記憶する接続情報記憶手段と、 前記バスから初期化情報が通知された場合に、 前記接続情報記憶手段に記憶され た論理的接続状況と、 前記バスに接続された他の機器に記憶された論理的接続情報 とに基づいて、 前記バスに接続された機器の論理的接続状況の優先順位を決定する 決定手段と
を具備することを特徴とする接続復旧装置。
2 . 前記接続情報記憶手段は、 前記論理的接続状況をデータの送信側の機器と前 記データの受信側の機器とを特定する情報とを対にして記憶することを特徴とする 請求項 1記載の接続復旧装置。
3 . 前記接続情報記憶手段は、 少なく とも前記送信側又は受信側の機器の判別情 報、 前記機器の入力及び出力の識別情報、 及び 1対 1接続数を示す情報を記憶する ことを特徴とする請求項 2記載の接続復旧装置。
4 . 前記バスに接続された機器に記憶された前記論理的接続情報は、 少なく とも 1対 1接続数を示すことを特徴とする請求項 3記載の接続復旧装置。
5 . 前記バスは I E E E 1 3 9 4バスに準拠したバスであることを特徴とする請 求項 1から請求項 4の何れかに記載の接続制御装置。
6 . I E E E 1 3 9 4バスに準拠したバスに接続され、 当該バスに接続された機 器の接続制御を行う接続復旧装置であって、
前記パスを介したパケッ ト送受信の制御を行い、 他機が備えるプラグ制御レジス タを制御するとともに、 前記バスを介した機器間の接続情報を生成するプラグ制御 レジスタ制御部と、
前記プラグ制御レジスタ制御部で生成された接続状況を格納する接続情報記憶部 18
と、
前記パスからバスリセッ トが通知された場合に、 前記接続情報記憶部に格納され た情報と、 前記バス上に接続された他の機器のプラグ制御レジスタに関する情報を 取得し、 機器間の接続のタイミングと他機のプラグ制御レジス夕を制御するための 情報を決定し、 これらの情報を前記プラグ制御レジスタ制御部に通知する接続再確 立制御部と
を具備することを特徴とする接続復旧装置。
7 . 前記接続情報記憶部は、 1つの 1対 1接続情報である出力用プラグ制御レジ スタに関する情報と入力用プラグ制御レジスタに関する情報とを 1組にして記憶す ることを特徴とする請求項 6記載の接続復旧装置。
8 . 前記接続情報記憶部は、 前記出力用又は入力用のプラグ制御レジスタを示す フィールドと、 前記機器に備えられているプラグ制御レジス夕の番号を表すフィ一 ルドと、 前記プラグ制御レジスタの 1対 1接続情報の値を表すフィールドと、 前記 プラグ制御レジス夕が設けられた機器のノ一ド I Dを示す対象ノード I Dフィ一ル ドとを有することを特徴とする請求項 6又は請求項 7記載の接続復旧装置。
9 . 前記接続情報記憶部は、 I E E E 1 2 1 2 において規定される制御ステ一夕 スレジスタ空間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項 6から請求項 8の何れかに記 載の接続復旧装置。
