Abstract

L'invention concerne un réseau de surveillance télémétrique permettant de suivre l'évolution de paramètres de l'environnement tout au long d'un processus de traitement, de transport et de vente au détail de produits alimentaires en plusieurs étapes. A cet effet, des installations de détection, notamment divers emplacements clients hors site, sont configurées pour détecter des paramètres de l'environnement, tels que la température et l'humidité associées à un colis alimentaire spécifique. Les données détectées issues de plusieurs emplacements sont ensuite reçues au niveau d'une base de données centrale. Un protocole d'autorisation permet d'ailleurs un accès multiniveau à la base de données centrale. En outre, le système de l'invention permet d'établir des valeurs seuil prédéterminées. Ainsi, les données dépassant lesdits seuils indiquent une situation de mauvais fonctionnement. Le système associe alors l'identification de la partie responsable à chaque installations de détection, afin d'attribuer le fonctionnement défectueux à la partie commandant l'étape du processus en question. Des notifications dudit fonctionnement défectueux et les informations correspondantes sont ensuite communiquées à un individu désigné. Enfin, l'identification unique de chaque capteur permet d'établir une facturation précise pour chacune des différentes parties, en fonction de leur niveau d'implication dans le système général.
