Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un gabarit de perçage destiné à l'implantation de dents artificielles par CFAO, la position du canal de perçage (4) étant déterminée au moyen d'une représentation de l'os de la mâchoire (5) sur un écran. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à produire un modèle numérique de la dentition par balayage laser d'un modèle de travail ou de sa forme négative. Ensuite une ébauche de gabarit de perçage (3) est moulée sur le modèle de travail, ou une telle ébauche est produite par fraisage sur un matériau plein. La production numérique d'une image de coupe transversale de l'os de la mâchoire (5) permet ensuite de déterminer la position optimale du canal de perçage (4). Il est possible de superposer une image radiologique à ladite image afin d'éviter de percer des zones critiques (6) à l'intérieur de l'os. Le gabarit selon l'invention permet une implantation de dents artificielles ne présentant pas de risques.
