Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif de production pour puits comprenant une pompe à engrenage en fond de trou et un l'ensemble transporteur auquel est reliée ladite pompe. L'ensemble transporteur est constitue par un train de conduites modulaires comportant un ou plusieurs passages pour l'acheminement du liquide de production du fond du puits à la surface. Les passages, qui peuvent être disposés côte-à-côte, comprennent des canalisations de pression et de retour pour l'entraînement de la pompe à engrenage. Cette pompe à engrenage comporte un moteur à entraînement hydraulique couplé à un engrenage volumétrique. Aussi bien le moteur que la partie pompe présentent des surfaces d'usure en céramique, dont les coefficients de dilatation correspondent à ceux des trains d'engrenage. Au lieu de paliers à billes ou des paliers lisses, les pompes et les rotors comportent sont munis de bagues en céramique qui peuvent fonctionner en conditions abrasives.
