Abstract

Le boîtier d'introduction à rouleaux est utilisé dans la conception de laminoirs, principalement pour les trains finisseurs des laminoirs à profilé ou à fil. Le boîtier contient un corps dans lesquels sont disposés les supports de rouleaux, les rouleaux étant montés sur leur axe au moyen de roulements. Les supports de rouleaux sont munis de canaux longitudinaux, et l'axe est muni de canaux axiaux et transversaux. La nouveauté du boîtier consiste dans le mode de réalisation de l'unité de rouleaux. Dans une première variante, le rouleau et l'axe sont faits modulaires. Le rouleau est fabriqué à partir de moyeux symétriques en alliage léger, qui forment une rainure à la jonction de leurs surfaces supérieures. Un anneau est monté dans cette rainure, ledit anneau comportant un alésage et étant fait d'un matériau résistant à l'usure dont l'épaisseur est commensurable avec la largeur de l'alésage. Une douille est placée dans l'ouverture des moyeux. L'axe est également muni d'une douille dont l'ouverture est alignée sur une ouverture transversale faite dans l'axe. En outre, des rondelles céramiques sont placées entre les butées du rouleau et les supports de rouleaux. Les douilles sont fabriquées à partir d'une matière céramique technique à résistance élevée et forment un palier lisse. Les parties constitutives du rouleau et de l'axe sont rigidement fixées les unes aux autres au moyen d'une colle telle qu'une colle époxy. Dans une deuxième variante, l'axe du boîtier d'introduction à rouleaux est muni sur la surface de contact, au lieu d'une douille, d'une couche de type de diamant à base de carbone.
