Abstract

Verfahren für die Bestimmung von Substrat- und Produktkonzentrationen in flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Medien, bei dem mehrere Proben wenigstens einer zu analysierenden Substanz - dem Analyt - in wenigstens einer Probenahmestrecke (3) durch zeitgesteuerte Diffusion des wenigstens einen Analyts zwischen dem jeweiligen Medium und einem Diffusionsmedium, das den Probenahmestrecken (3) durch Fluidleitungen (5a, 5b) mittels wenigstens einer Pumpe (6) zugeführt wird, über semipermeable Membranen (2) entnommen werden und anschließend das Diffusionsmedium unter gleichzeitiger Zuführung neuen Diffusionsmediums von der Probenahmestrecke (3) zu wenigstens einem Detektor (7) transportiert und von diesem zur Bestimmung der Analytkonzentrationen analysiert wird. Der Detektor liefert eine zeitliche Konzentrationsverteilung oder eine zeitliche Verteilung eines zur Konzentration proportionalen Signals, daß eine Veränderung des Verhältnisses vom Signalmaximum zur Basislinie im Abstrom des Detektorsignals ermittelt und daraus auf eine Veränderung der Diffusionseigenschaften der semipermeablen Membranen geschlossen und ein Korrekturfaktor ermittelt wird.
