Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de production chimique modulaire comprenant un microréacteur, destiné à la production d'un produit par mise en réaction d'au moins deux réactifs. La modularisation permet d'ajouter et d'enlever des composants, tels que des contrôleurs, des pompes, des soupapes, des microréacteurs, et des modules de traitement, selon les besoins, pour obtenir un produit désiré. Ce système comprend un module de commande et un module de réaction renfermant un volume de mélange et un volume de réaction. Plusieurs modules de pompage et de séjour peuvent également être inclus dans le système. Des raccords à engagement/dégagement rapide permettent un changement rapide des modules en cas de dysfonctionnement ou pour produire un produit ou une quantité différent. Une base de données comprend les paramètres optimaux pour une pluralité de réactions différentes permettant de produire différents produits chimiques. L'utilisateur sélectionne un produit et une quantité désirés, fournit les réactifs, les solvants et les agents caloporteurs, et le module de commande gère le système pour produire automatiquement le produit, jusqu'à obtention de la quantité désirée.
