Abstract
The invention relates to a utilization of cold gas spraying and of flame spraying of predominantly metallic materials, namely of metals and alloys and of mixtures or composite materials, which are comprised of metals and alloys, with one another or with one or more nonmetals, metal oxides, metal carbides and/or metal nitrides for producing one or more coats on workpieces, which serve to conduct electric current, namely to electrical contact pieces, to supports for electrical contact pieces, to electrical conductors, and to strips or profiles, which are destined as semi-finished products for electrical contact pieces, the supports thereof, and for electrical conductors.
