Ledit procédé comporte les étapes suivantes: (i) étape (S21 or S61) connexion d'un utilisateur à un centre de gestion via un outil d'accès Internet; (ii) étape (S23 or S63) vérification de l'identité ou du mot de passe de l'utilisateur pour déterminer s'il est ou non un membre possédant sa propre cyberbibliothèque ou cyber-librairie sur Internet; (iii) étape (S45) fourniture en temps réel à la cyberbibliothèque ou cyber-librairie de l'utilisateur des ouvrages souhaités par l'utilisateur; (iv) étape (S35 or S71) achat par l'utilisateur de l'ouvrage souhaité non présent dans sa cyberbibliothèque ou cyber-librairie dans la base de données du centre de gestion via Internet, et stockage de l'ouvrage dans sa propre cyberbibliothèque ou cyber-librairie.
